First make sure to disconnect the negative battery terminal. Locate your alternator, fist remove the serpentine belt from the alternator pulley. Disconnect the ground cable and wires and loosen the bolts. First test the alternator and make sure to mark the position before disconnecting. You can also replace the alternator at http://www.buyautoparts.com/alternators.htm

Chrysler 300c where is the door opener relay controller located?

2007 Chrysler 300C:

The majority of electrical system fuses and relays are housed in the two Power Distribution Centers (PDC). One is located in the engine compartment, combined with the Front Control Module (FCM) to form the Integrated Power Module (IPM). The PDC is located next to the battery in the rear of the vehicle. The PDC located next to the battery is replaced only as part of the body wiring harness.

I see two fuses for power steering and
one relay( the relay is for power steering and A/C so if A/C is working relay should not be the problem)

A diagnostic check on my 2007 chrysler 300c crd revealed that the manifold pressure sensor was possibly preventing the car from starting but i dont know where in the engine this sensor is located.

Could be just a bad connection. could be Intake manifold. You need a service manual
try this http://www.manualslib.com/
I'd also google your problem, Odds, are someone else has had this problem and has a fix for it. Be sure to use the error code. in your search.

My 2009 300C Touring radio/navigation system was randomly shutting down and turning on again and on/off button was useless

just upgrade it. a new one will be less costlys than fixing the old.
make sure fuse to it are not loose. (or hairline cracked inside) new fuses are very cheap.
loose connector to it.
check for 12vdc to the radio when dead.

It should be right where the 2 cables that control the cruise control and gas when you push the accelerator. It has the butterfly looking round piece in it that opens and closes with your hand at those 2 cables under the hood.

My 2007 chrysler 300c crd jerks on acceleration but no lights are showing

If you means you press the gas, then for a second it doesnt move, then it jerks into movement, you need to get your transmission checked. If its not that, It could be electrical or you are just pressing on the gas pedal too hard when you go from a stop.
If you are say, going 30 and accelerate up to 40, and somewhere in between like say 35, it jerks, you have a SERIOUS transmission problem. Take it to a mechanic and expect to pay $$$$.
