Last time I encountered a brace of stuck injectors the diesel specialist told me the problem had become more prolific as an increased proportion of biodiesel has been blended with standard diesel, due to the higher pressures and closer tolerances involved with common rail injection.
The cure is to remove the injectors and take them along to your local diesel specialist for overhaul.
have your compression's done again as there is a lot wrong with the readings
Diesel has an octane rating not far off petrol but is heavier in viscosity so the injectors would be affected
draining and cleaning out the system would have allowed the system to eventually clear
At this point , have the injectors overhauled and tested
run the fault codes to check operation of the heated oxygen sensor in the exhaust manifold as the oil mixture may have affected the sensor
not the oil pump
most likely a leaking injector causing a hydraulic lock where the fuel sitting on top of the piston is not allowing it to go over tdc
pull all the injectors
turn it over and push the fluid out the injector holes
have the injectors professionally serviced
bad news if you get water out of the injector hole as that indicates a head gasket or cracked head allowing water into the cylinder

You have to bleed the diesel from the injectors, however diesel forced out of an injector can go through the skin and could prove to be fatal so great care should be taken.
do yourself a favor and take the truck to a fuel diesel injection shop the larger nut is just a cover but the smaller one is an adjustment if you remove either on you could damage the pump
