Vibration only at idle? Could be loose flywheel or harmonic damper. Do you get a clunk when putting from drive to reverse and back? Whoever replaced engine should fix this for you. Oh, it was you? Darn. Check for loose flywheel bolts. You did use a torque wrench and blue locktight, didn't you?
This belt should be under the covers that are in front of the engine. I must caution you that the belt is not placed exactly in the correct position you may have engine failure.
The fuel filter on the Cruze is underneath the car on the passenger side. To access it:
• Remove the aerodynamic housing
• Keeep an oil pan underneath to catch the residual fuel
• Use a wrench to open up the filter, and once you see the O ring, start unwinding by hand
• A housing will drop out with the fuel filter-put some pressure, and you can remove the fuel filter.
vibrations could be of many sorts but;
1) check to see whether the engine mounting are worn out?
2) also look at the bearings of the wheels
3) please check and see if the diffs oil is leaking?
4) also bushes can contribute at some point.
if all the above is "Yes", kindly change all or part of the worn out elements, if not then explain problem further
