Im not a hundred percent sure but on the drivers side right next to the seat under the carpet there is a ground buss that has like 7 or 8 wires that go into it and sometimes that gets corroded replace it or attempt to clean the connections this should work
Took it to my mechanic and it was the ground that is behind the emergency brake pedal this ground controls the power seats, windows and fuel pump he rewired with a new ground and no problems this guy worked as a service manger with gmc for 27 years and he know what he is doing.
Did u ever figure it out I have the same problem.

I have the same problem
well so far 2 mechanics & a trip to the dealership and no one knows , but weather or not this has anything to do with it , my wife says i wiggled the wires under the seat and it started , im thiinkin Ok heres your sign , so while waiting for tow truck i decide to check them for myself and it starts and been running since ,well there are many wires in the driver/passenger compartment but i now truly believe the problem lies in the interior of the car possibly the wires running from to front under the rug beneath that drivers seat , so im waiting to have it happen again but cant seem to recreate it niether could the dealership so i can test my therory good luck if you find the answer let me know
