• You have to have the radio on (even though it just says "wait") with the car running for 10 minutes and you get 3 attempts to enter the code. After 3 failures you have to wait 1 hour for an additional 3 tries at the code. To many code entry failures and it will go into PUK lock and you will have to call the manufacture to have them tell you how to unlock it.

You need your owners manual, to reset what ever you lost
on the radio

I don't believe the wheel controls were lost
Check the radio to see if you have things set the way you want

There won't be anything you do for the wheel buttons
just the radio

you should have to reset the radio hold the power button for about 60 seconds and should turn on if not check the fuse for the radio maybe it blew

You cann't remove only radio you have to remove whole panel which contains radio.

There are two possible scenarios for you car radio panel


1. Your car can have Navigator, Climate Controller and Radio.

2. Your car can have Climate Controller and Radio.

You have to open whole panel.

This Panel contains some of SRS components, so have to be very careful while removing it!

We left the radio on for an hour and it reset itself back to "code in". We then entered the correct code and it works perfectly

If the car is from japan the radio if a factory or aftermarket *** radio will start at about 76 and go to 89 it will need a band expander which "shrinks" the frequncey to work on the *** radio

Wait 12-24 hours then try again 3-6 with the car on. Go to peachparts.com for more assistance with this.
