I have an oil pan lead in my 2006 dts, how to fix?

They laminate the steel pan on both sides and (to save weight) and this makes them weak and prone to leaks-the only way to properly repair it is to remove motor mounts, and lift the engine while dropping the engine cradle so you can remove the pan-a big PITA. I do know that some have patch holes using a plate and epoxy, after draining the pan. If it is leaking form the gasket, you will need to follow the first procedure though, and it is a difficult job because the old gasket is hard to remove and the surfaces must be immaculate. You might have a case with GM for warranty, worth a try, that car is barely 5 years old.

I assume you mean an oil pan LEAK. If so either the pan has a hole in it or the gasket is leaking. Either way the pan will have to be removed to repair the hole of replace the gasket. If it is the gasket that is leaking try tightening the oil pan bolts to 10 ft/lbs of torque.
