The rear window defroster stopped working on my 1995 Bronco. Fuses are fine, but no power to back glass. Switch on dash does not light to indicate power when I push it in. Any ideas

Well, there are several things. One is that your moter has quit working. 1995 to now is 21 yrs old. Have you replaced this moter since you had this car? Also there could be a faulty wire, mice love to chew on wires. Also wasps tend to live in anything they can get into. Wires on the switches tend to fall off connections or go bad. Hope this has helped in some way.

1937 ford coupe relpaced booster brake pressure when off/no pressure when started

Try checking with either propane or water mist on all hoses and surfaces where generated vacuum could escape.

Activator rod from Brake pedal to Master cylinder can be adjustable on some models.

Why am i having problems with my 1991 Chevy Camaro v8 305 5.0 Rs ? my car was running great! I bought it from an impound I was driving it for about 3 weeks and it ran awesome then out of nowhere I notice...

It sounds to me like you might be having transmission problems. Check your transmission fluid and filter, and replace if you haven't done so already.

First off i have a 1990 rs v6 camaro tuneport.ill begain with how it all started, i ran the battery down, then for some reason i had to replace a jumper in the security system, and it all went down hill...

try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes or so, press the brake pedal with the battery disconnected. after 5 minutes reconnect the battery and start the car, DO NOT TOUCH THE THROTTLE/ gas pedal for about 5 minutes. perhaps this will recalibrate the computer. good luck, hope this helps

1989 camaro 305 run rough and won't idle. Spits

spray some brake cleaner in the throttle body to keep it running and keep spraying and see if you can rev it up. If this produces better results then check fuel pressure. Most likely time for a pump. If this happen all of a sudden I would not suspect the fuel filter as being the cause and I would also replace it with the new pump.

Moter runs fast then slows down

check for intake leaks or idle speed control problems.

1996 Camaro won't start

My 94 z28 Camaro misfires whne shes hot, I got her on a diagnostic and they told me that the distributor {optispark unit} was reading faulty and that I needed to replace this before they could go further $1100 quoted, ye right, I bought one for new at $169, they quoted me $400 just for the unit, anyway, I havent installed it yet, Found out that backfiring could also be a module, well I have the dizzy now so I may as well get the module as well. Will let you know. I went to start my car today, it started briefly then died, I thought the dizzy had completely died. Checked fuses and connectors, It cranked over but wouldn't fire. Decided to surf for info on the net. 1 hour later I went back out and tried again, It fired up and ran, Must have had a gremlin, all seems to be back where it was now, Summary, go make some lunch and come back to it, nothing to lose except some time. {If still fails, check Air flow sensor, may be clogged}

Swap a 86 350 into a 91 camaro with a 305 TBI

good idea, use 350 block,305 heads &intake.the reason is, if the 91 305 heads are 4 bolts in center of valve cover the are what you call vortec heads,they have better flow.the tbi will respond better &still have bettergas milage than old style heads.the 350 block will add more overall power.you shouldnt have any problems doing so,you will notice a diff.have fun, good luck.
