when you replaced the TPS did you have the voltage set? the idle voltage should be at a .50 volts. also is the check engine light on or does it come on when you turn the key on then go off? also may want to check the shift linkage, it may be loose and not getting all the way into gear when you shift and it grinds the gears. the grinding problem when you start the car sounds like worn flywheel teeth in the transmission housing.
I had the p1345 on my 2002 Silverado this week. The code means Crankshaft/camshaft position correlation. In other words the cam is not where it is supposed to be in reference to the crank. It could be the Cam position sensor, the crank position sensor , the gear on the distributor or the timing chain. The quickest and cheapest check is the distributor gear which is what mine was. It's quite common. The gear is about $60 and can be replaced in less than an hour with the right experience. The engine won't usually run if it's the crank sensor and the cam sensor is a little more.
have the fault codes read
the problem at the servo could have been EVAP system problem and the non start now could be crank/ cam position sensor or wiring
