I have a crow-footed prybar that I can hook the master cylinder studs and leverage it to turn, but they do make a special tool that slides over the studs and has a 3/4" nut for a socket and break-over bar to accomplish the same thing.

The traction control uses the braking system to work. If you have repaired the tyre the issue could be with a sensor for the traction control system itself. Do you have any warning lights on the dashboard? Have you had the vehicle plugged into an OBD2 Diagnostic Scanner? This could give Trouble Codes as clues to any possibly faulty sensors causing the issue. If you have to pay for this service ask at 4 or 5 different places as prices can be VERY different!

The pump itself does not cause codes. A bad fuel pump will alter the fuel to air mixture going to the engine and this is what will generate the fault codes.

The items you have problems with are all functions of the Body Control Module which is also the functions of security. Although it it is a stretch, that is the most likely as long as you have checked every fuse with a test meter that it is assigned those functions. You can do the the fuse testing very easily and quickly using the test points on the top of every blade fuse. Fuel pumps either work or they don't. You test them for pressure. Very unlikely the Glow plugs were anything to do with anything as they only aid starting by heating the diesel fuel when the engine is cold. Changing the head gasket is pretty laughable. Did they do a pressure test, and a leak down test? That is how you test. You can also test coolant for combustion fumes. You needed an auto electrician in the first place, not someone guessing with your money. Limp Mode only becomes active if a sensor fails and that sensor failing could cause catastrophic failure to the engine with it not working. You need an auto electrician with a professional grade scan tool computer. I'm sorry, a 1994 does not have a limp mode. If you have exploded the sprag and the transmission is full of debris, it's time for a rebuild or replacement.

Have you had it plugged into an OBD scanner to check it isn't a sensor causing the issue? Sometimes something else can trigger a "No Start" issue like a bad sensor or a faulty immobiliser. The two most likely reasons for the starter to do that is - 1. a weak or flat battery or - 2. A bad starter motor. Check the battery is fully charged, (somewhere around 12.6 to 13.2 volts). If the battery is good it is more likely to be the starter motor. On a 2001 model it mght be the original factory starter. They do wear out and fail especially on high mileage or high compression engines like diesels. That 'Click' noise is probably the Solenoid switch on the starter working but the motor isn't turning like it should.
