Fault finding
Check for fault codes. If you have a RR wheel speed sensor code 99% of the time it is a bad control module. If it is anything else have test and replace the component. Control modules are a VERY common issue.
Change from miles km
You can reset it with the buttons on the instrument cluster. You need a small pin to depress them. They are real small.
Horn stuck on
The steering wheel pad has plastic insulators that break. You used to have to replace the air bag assembly but I believe you can buy the insulators aftermarket on line now. Remove the air bag on the steering wheel and it will stop until you can repair it.
No fuel to engine
Check fuses first. With a volt meter check for power to the fuel pump relay and thru the relay. Check for power at the fuel pump connector in the trunk. If you have power to the pump replace the pump.
What is the sensor p0133 for a volvo 850

Test ignition coil
Vehicle speed sensors your problem. Engine and transmission management system need to know if the car is moving and how fast to make decisions on how much timing advance, fuel and which gear to select. You are wasting your time with the coil.
