dirty pilot jets or dirt in your fuel system.

Have the timing checked. Check the ignition coils also

sounds like a low battery if it is charged the it is dirty connections check from the starter to solenoid to the battery and check the ground wire at battery and where it connects to the motor

sounds like lack of fuel or blockage check pressure regulator,fuel pump.

every bike is known for something - since the internet exists, everyone with the problem (even 5% of people) post their one problem and it seems like it happens to everyone. Really, you are only seeing the 'everyone' who have suffered the problem.

It's not F1, it's FI and it's a Fuel Injection problem. Can't help more than that but i'm sure your dealer can

Get the battery tested first, if it has 1 bad cell it may appear fully charged on the read out on a charger but 15 miles down the road it can just die off, running the bike on 3 cyls, then cutting out all together, one other point to make is you can buy brand new batteries that can be duds, so if you do get one consider someone local to you so you can take it back. Other checks to make are the bikes charging system is the generator, this will give a specific read out on continuity testers (trawl the net for the spec) and its not unusual for a generator to reach the end of its life sooner than people think. the fans should turn on when coolant is hot , I would go to a motorcycle electrician

Have to take off carb and reattach spring to door the cable broke off of the carb

yes it is a choke diconect the cable and check that it pulls freeley and that the choke plungers move wen you pull them by hand

probably old gas or condensation built up in carb or injectors.if carbureated drain float bowl & if you still have old gas in it drain tank close drain screw/bolt refill with premium fuel add fuel cleaner like b12 chemtool or seafoam(7-10$) to a fresh tank of gas...sometimes i just add the b12 chemtool (3-5$)and run it a few miles and it snaps right back to new!

did u check the wires from the ignition?..if the wires are ok then i think u must change the ignition contact if you need more help i had found a good service manual for zx-6r from 2006 it will help you with the electrical system and other stuff check the below link:http://goo.gl/wm4xOThanks
