first check your compression....if weak...could be a few things to look for...valves not closing...timing...

check for a faulty pinion gear or solenoid on the starter. it is moving to close the big terminals but not pulling the pinion gear into mesh with the ring gear could be that the pivot pin has fallen out

You have replaced it all except the problem part. The stator is a very weak part on most Chinese brands. The signal generator (coil outside the flywheel usually goes first. If you have a "peak reading volt meter this coil should put out 2-5 volts dc at cranking speed. It should also have some resistance reading(guessing in the 130 ohm range) when checked across the two leads with an ohmmeter. A dead one (open circuit) will have no reading at all.

Check the spark first. It should jump a 1/4" gap minimum. It is best to use a spark tester or a good used spark plug with the gap opened up. Don't hold the plug lead by hand or metal pliers when testing. If it doesn't do it's thing then the ignition coil is the usual culprit. It would need to be replaced. If it has good spark then it's likely to be too much fuel or not enough air. First check the air filter since it is easier to get at. Make sure it''s clean and hasn't collapsed to block intake. Make sure the cold start control (choke) is returning fully. It could either be a choke system or an extra fuel system on the carburetor. Next option would be the needle valve in the float bowl. This keeps the fuel level consistent. If the valve is worn or there is something stopping it from seating properly, too much fuel can cause flooding. Another rare possibility is a punctured or damaged float. The float closes the needle valve when the right level is reached. There are other possible carb. faults that a full clean and check will reveal, but not likely to be the cause of your problem.

Did you charge the new battery before fitting, this is most important. Is the battery a top up/ gel or MF type. Top up and MF need acid to work, was battery filled with acid? If you do get the bike running check the charging rate of the alternator by connecting a multi meter to the battery terminals. A 12 volt battery should show 12.5 to 13.2 volts off the bike and around 14 volts on the bike with the engine running at 5 K revs. (half throttle).

if the crank seals were faulty your quad would'nt run at all,the problem must lie elsewhere,a complete strip down of the engine and gearbox is the only way to gain access to the seals

find the carburetta and turn in the screw on the side of the throttle slide body , this is where you adjust the tickover ! turn in fractionally so not to scream the life out of the engine ! presume if you hold the throttle grip you can make it tickover ? P..
