What is the recommended air pressure for Tri-Glide rear tires?

The recommended air pressure for Tri-Glide rear tires is typically around 36 PSI (pounds per square inch). This is the recommended pressure for both the standard and heavy-duty rear tires. It's important to note that the recommended air pressure may vary depending on the specific model and year of your Tri-Glide, as well as the load that the tire is carrying. It's always best to consult the owner's manual for the most accurate and up-to-date information on tire pressure recommendations for your specific motorcycle. Maintaining the proper air pressure in your tires is important for a number of reasons. It helps to ensure the safety and stability of your motorcycle, and can also help to extend the life of your tires by preventing excessive wear and tear. It's important to check the air pressure in your tires regularly and to add air as needed to maintain the recommended pressure.

Continues to say fill. Won't start. Seems to be a problem with the float

If your motorcycle's fuel system is not functioning properly, it can prevent the engine from starting or cause it to run poorly. One issue that can cause these problems is a faulty float in the carburetor. The float in a carburetor is a small device that helps regulate the fuel level in the carburetor bowl. It is attached to a needle valve that controls the flow of fuel into the bowl, and floats on top of the fuel in the bowl. When the fuel level in the bowl rises, the float rises with it and closes the needle valve, which stops the flow of fuel into the bowl. When the fuel level in the bowl drops, the float lowers and opens the needle valve, which allows more fuel to flow into the bowl. If the float in your carburetor is not functioning properly, it can cause the fuel level in the bowl to become too high or too low. If the fuel level is too high, it can cause the engine to flood or stall. If the fuel level is too low, it can cause the engine to run lean, which can cause it to run poorly or not start at all. If you suspect that the float in your carburetor is not functioning properly, you may need to remove the carburetor and inspect or replace the float. It is always best to consult a service manual or a professional mechanic for specific instructions on how to do this.

How does front choke hook up on 2000 intruder 1400

The front choke on a motorcycle is typically used to help start the engine by enriching the fuel mixture when the engine is cold. The choke is usually controlled by a lever or button located near the throttle, and is typically only needed when starting the engine from a cold state.

To connect the front choke on a 2000 Suzuki Intruder 1400, you will need to locate the choke cable and follow it to the carburetor or throttle body. The choke cable will typically have a small lever or plunger at the carburetor end, which is connected to the choke mechanism inside the carburetor or throttle body.

To connect the choke cable, you will need to attach one end of the cable to the lever or button near the throttle, and the other end to the lever or plunger at the carburetor end. Make sure the cable is properly seated in the levers or plungers and can move freely.

It's important to note that every motorcycle is different, and the specific choke mechanism on a 2000 Suzuki Intruder 1400 may differ from the general information I have provided. If you are having difficulty connecting the choke on your motorcycle, it is always best to consult a service manual or a wiring diagram specific to your make and model.

Why does my 2004 gsxr 600 sound like its chugging when it's idles

  1. A problem with the fuel system, such as a clogged fuel filter or a faulty fuel pump, can cause the motorcycle to run poorly or hesitate when the throttle is applied.
  2. A malfunctioning ignition system, such as a faulty spark plug or ignition coil, can cause the motorcycle to run poorly or misfire at idle.
  3. An issue with the engine itself, such as low compression or a damaged valve, can cause the motorcycle to run poorly or hesitate when the throttle is applied.
  4. An issue with the air intake system, such as a clogged air filter or a faulty air intake sensor, can cause the motorcycle to run poorly or hesitate when the throttle is applied.

Hi what psi should a 1999 r6 fuel pump be

The fuel pump on a 1999 Yamaha YZF-R6 motorcycle should operate at a pressure of approximately 43-47 PSI (pounds per square inch). This is the standard fuel pressure for most Yamaha motorcycles. If you are experiencing fuel starvation issues with your R6, it's possible that the fuel pump may not be operating at the correct pressure. This could be due to a variety of factors, such as a malfunctioning fuel pump, a clogged fuel filter, or a problem with the fuel lines. To check the fuel pressure on your R6, you will need a fuel pressure gauge. You can purchase a fuel pressure gauge at an auto parts store or online. To use the gauge, connect it to the fuel system using the appropriate adapter and hose, and then start the engine. The gauge should indicate the fuel pressure while the engine is running. If the fuel pressure is not within the normal range (43-47 PSI), it's possible that you may need to replace the fuel pump. You can use an aftermarket fuel pump if you prefer, but it's important to make sure that the pump is compatible with your R6 and meets the necessary specifications.

My Hyundai Getz 2007 1.4L doesn't start

There are a few possible reasons why your Hyundai Getz 2007 1.4L is not starting, even though the fuel pump is functioning and the ignition system is working. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Check the fuel pressure: Use a fuel pressure gauge to check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. If the fuel pressure is too low, it could be a sign of a problem with the fuel pump or a clogged fuel filter.
  2. Check the fuel pump relay: The fuel pump relay controls the fuel pump and is located in the engine compartment. If the fuel pump relay is faulty, it could cause the fuel pump to stop functioning.
  3. Check the timing belt: If the timing belt is damaged or broken, it can cause the engine to stop running.
  4. Check for fault codes: Use a diagnostic tool to check for fault codes in the engine control unit (ECU). This can help to identify any problems with the engine or other systems that could be causing the engine to not start.
If you have tried these steps and are still unable to get the engine to start, it is recommended to have the car inspected by a qualified mechanic. They will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend the appropriate repairs.

What causes a decelleration vibration on 2008 vstar 1300

There are several potential causes of deceleration vibration on a 2008 Yamaha V Star 1300 motorcycle. Some possible causes include:
  1. Worn or damaged engine or transmission components: Vibrations during deceleration can sometimes be caused by worn or damaged engine or transmission components, such as the crankshaft, connecting rods, or gears.
  2. Imbalanced wheels or tires: If the wheels or tires on the motorcycle are not properly balanced, it can cause vibrations when the bike is decelerating.
  3. Loose or damaged suspension components: If the suspension components, such as the fork or shock absorbers, are loose or damaged, it can cause vibrations when the bike is decelerating.
  4. Faulty brakes: If the brakes are not functioning properly, it can cause vibrations when the bike is decelerating.
It is important to diagnose and address the specific cause of the vibration, as ignoring the issue could lead to further damage to the motorcycle. It is recommended to have the motorcycle inspected by a qualified mechanic to determine the cause of the vibration and make any necessary repairs.

What is the biggest jug and piston i can put on my89 trx 300

333 cc. But i really don't recommend putting that kit on your bike. For the little amount you gain in piston size wouldn't be worth it, because you will have a super thin cylinder sleeve and the bike will run a lot hotter then it should. Save the bores for rebuilds down the road.
