2006 Suzuki Boulevard C90 - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
F1 light stays on, why
you need to do a check, under rear seat a small white plug, might have a black end cap, it has 2 terminals u need to use a wire bent and pushed into the terminals, then turn engine on and a code will come up on dash, codes are in the manual. good luck.

Where do I look for the engine number?
It will be stamped into the engine cases, on sv650''s it's on the left lower part of the engine and on some gsxr''s it's on the rear of the engine for example

Battery dead after ride.. wont start.. 2006 C90
COuld be a bad battery or there is a loose (or corroded) connection somewhere. Check to be sure everything is tight, and clean on the battery terminals. If this happens after short trips, or after trips when your bike sat for a while, or on colder days it's probably just time for a new battery.

How to reset 2006 Suzuki Boulevard C90 tripmeter
There should be trip a and b. Scroll through the menu time, mileage, trip a, trip b. When you are on the trip you want to reset simply hold the reset for around 6to 10 secs. If that dosnt work i would think that there is a problem with the reset button. I am assuming that the 06 was the same set up as my 07 with a select and reset button right under the guage.

Add lightbar to 2006 suzuki c90 stock warning?
As long as the lightbar's power is less than 50 Watts and you secure it with it's own seperate fuse (5Amps for 50 Watts) I believe you don't have electrical issues. Use seperate lines directly from the battery and use a switch to turn it on only when your engine is running. Of course you may have warranty issues with your dealer if you install it.

How do i change a battery on my boulevard c90 motorcycle
Locate the battery with help from the owner's manual. Disconnect the two large wires that go to the battery (the black one first). remove any bolts or bands holding the battery in place. remove battery. getr an IDENTICAL battery. When installing the new battery, be sure the red wire goes to the plus (+) terminal on the battery.
How do i change a battery on my c90 boulevard motorcycle
Have faith in yourself, knowing they were made to be serviced. It's located on the front of the bike, under the oil cooler at the bottom of the down tubes, if not the sneakiest place to hide a battery! Just a matter of removing the cover, disconnecting the old battery and putting the new one in. Clean the cable clamps real good and apply a little grease on them after you hook them up, keeping them from corroding.
Change the battery
I do not know what year your bike is but it should not be very complicated. Look for it under the seat. ALWAYS undo the negative first and reconnect it last.
