Pressure test the injector rails should hold around 52 psi or the injectors or clogged. If you get it to start, try to run a few bottles of techron in the gas and hope that cleans them out. Could be injectors not getting pressure or opening to allow gas to prime the cylinders. Clogged injectors or bad wires from ECM. try to trace those wires to make sure no bare , broken or damaged wires

Check the oil level.

It seems your float level is too low; you might need to raise the float some. And/or your fuel mixture is too lean. One of these corrections may remedy your bike's trouble. Keep me informed, if you want to.

indicates a low fuel delivery check for a blocked filter in the tank at the hose end if you have a tap check that sufficient fuel flows through it the filter is passing fuel if it is going empty check for a blocked filter at the carby bowl at the needle and seat

check for a faulty fuse or switch.

switch needs cleaning out and the filter checked.

Could it be a clogged inline fuel filter? does it have a manual CHOKE? ( make sure the CHOKE is fully opened after warm up).

Check oil level.

you have done something wrong with the needle and seat when you cleaned the carby out That will allow fuel to continually flow to fill the sump remove and overhaul the carby correctly
