the fuel indicator might have some kind of wiring problem but about the head lamp i think that you have to replace the cut_out or charge up your battery

change your choke outer wire

Close Throttle & Depress the clutch. Shift Into next higher or lower gear. Open The throttle and release the clutch lever slowly and simultaneously.

It's an engine safety mechanism, to shut down the engine when rpm goes beyond 10K.Even you are travelling at 140Kmps rpm won't reach 10K in normal case.Probably you have to change vacuum piston kit to resolve the issue completely.

if it is just the dash sounds like the bulb has blown you need to dismantle and replace

If it is running good than dont worry about it, they don't all sound exactly the same.

Purchase a new ignition. Wiring diagram will not help you as there are different resistors and diodes in the ignitions that make ignition work to start vehicle

the easy one for that is to go to local auto shop and get a stop leak product other than that you you have to remove side cover and replace gasket be sure to drain oil first

u can adjust by rotating the plastic screws present near the bulb sockets . the lower beam can be adjusted easily without opening the hoods/fearing. but the upper beam adjustment has to be done by opening the metre.
