I'm pretty sure the Pro Circuit kill switches are normally open. When the tether is pulled, it makes a connection to route the spark to ground instead of sending it to the spark plug (more or less).There is no way to "look" at a switch to tell. If you want a simple test, get a multimeter with a continuity tester on it, and test your switch.If you don't have a multimeter, I can tell you how to do it for about $1.29 and a few wires, but it's much easier with a multimeter.Why do you need a normally closed kill switch anyways? Because In order to wire up a kill swtich to my king quad I am going to have to wire it up into my stock kill switch. (the ride slider on the controls)Now that I am thinking about it my stock swtich may be a open circuit. :confused: dang one thing to another. I might have just made this harder on my self by looking for a closed when I already have a open sitting in my garage..grrrrr lol. I am going to take apart my kings stock kill switch and see if its open or closed. If its open then I will just snip the wires and use a tether kill swtich as my only kill swtich (back up for the key). Either you may have over filled the oil or possibly you having problems with the exhaust gas blow by. A build up of fluid can cause the inlet system to pressurise and this forces oil vapor in to the inlet system and out through the exhaust.

this definetly seems like your float adjustment needs checking/resetting.

could be a adjustment in the timing or carb , clean the plugs on it and crank it over with them out could be dirty plugs ,

This is a highly ill - eagle act to do. In the old days we would put an electric drill on the drive cable, but now they make them tamper proof so they only go one way. The bezels are crimped on so you can't get inside them. I expect modern one may be electronic. How will your insurance company know what mileage you have done? I have never known an insurance cancel or fine due to mileage. You should have just disconnected it when you got close to the limit. Buy a used one and use them for 6 months in turns. Make sure the fuel is getting to the valve and passing through it. Possible blockage in fuel line or in the tank.

It isn't called a Magneto, that was for really old bikes. It is a 'stator'. First make sure that the new battery has been fully charged and is not defective. Next make sure that the proper voltage is reaching the started. You may have a bad post connection or loose connection at the starter. Try jumping you battery with another known good battery.

What Exactly does the bike do when it 'loses power'? This will give clues as to where the issue could be. When was the last time the bike was given a major service? Sometimes it can be as simple as a dirty fuel/air filter or an old/worn or dirty spark plug.

Are you wanting the size of the hex bolt head or the thread size and bolt length? Most oil pan plug bolts are either 17mm (5/8th socket) or 19mm (3/4" socket) bolt heads.
