Fuses
i have checked all bulbs and they work left turn flashes ok but right turn just stays on. please help...There's a short-circuit in the indicator circuit. I've had this one before! The insulation on one of the wires has worn away so when you put current through the indicator circuit it shorts out puts a surge through the system, and the main fuse blows to protect the other electrics! Generally wire insulation wears fastest under the gas tank. Lift the tank and you'll see a bundle of wires running up the center of the frame under the tank. Have a really good look at these wires to see if any are worn (if you can see just a tiny bit of metal, or even if the insulation is just thin, that's probably your problem. Tiny and easy to fix with electrical tape - but can be hard to find!). You may have to look at each wire in that bundle individually - if there's no obvious short on the outside, it could be shorting against another wire on the inside. If there's no problem here, check the rest of the indicator wires all over the bike for good insulation. Good luck. It can be quick to find, or it can take all day. But once found just wrap it with electrical tape, problem solved and you'll feel much better.... Incidentally, if the fuse is blowing, check that the regulator and the battery are still OK. Sometimes the regulator is damaged and the battery overcharges (this can happen weeks or months later).,,,
Where can i get parts
Have you checked on ebay? There are many dealers that trade via ebay.
Hope you find what you need.
I Have 2013 350 raptor wont start. Replaced ignition coil and ici box and spark plug.. No spark. Still wont turn over
You have written some conflicting information. How can you know that your engine has no spark if it will not turn over? No problem, please write back and elaborate on its issue, symptoms, engine codes and things you have checked and tested so far. At this point I would start looking around. Inspect the battery and power distribution box. Check that the battery connections are clean and tight. Check that the ground cable, going to the body panel is clean and tight. Check all the fuses for damage (over heating or corrosion) and the same for the relays. Is the antitheft system working (does it recognize your ignition key?)? When you turn the ignition hey to the RUN position. Does the gauge cluster respond like it always does? Do you see the lights come on and go out and can you read the odometer mileage? Please write back and let me know. Good Luck.

How do you set up timing on a cagiva river 600
Remove the side cover so you can have access to the stator. Then you will be looking for a notch on the inner case. Once you locate the notch you will line up the stator ( which also has a little line or notch on it ) with that notch.

Dies when put in gear
Check the kickstand interlock switch. As deemed mandatory by the DOT.. all street legal motorcycles come with a switch in the kickstand pivot area that detects whether or not it is in the upright (or down) position. This is supposed to prevent riders from taking off with the kickstand down, which can ruin your day when the first left hander comes up- This switch will essentially shutdown the electrics to the engine once you attempt to engage first gear (in the down position)...These switches are fairly reliable but can fail. To test it, take a small jumper wire and connect the two wires (going to the switch) together.
