Lost speed
Remove the water trap bowl at the bottom of the petcock, (gas valve). Is there any water or trash in the bowl? Drain a cup of gas from the tank. Is there any water or trash in the cup? Dump it, clean it and re-mount it, ( not all bikes have a water trap bowl ).
FOR EACH CARB >
Drain the carburetor. There should be a screw on the lower side of the carb float bowl. Remove the screw then replace it after the fuel drains. Turn the gas back on and wait a minute for the carb to fill with gas. Install a new stock NGK spark plug and try to start the engine. If the bike doesn't start and run properly then shut off the gas and remove the carburetor from the engine.
Remove the float bowl and clean the entire carb with a spray carb cleaner from the auto parts store. Wear protective goggles to avoid getting spray in your eyes. Spray into all the little airways and fittings in the carb. Remove the idle screw and the air screw on the outside throat of the carb and spray into the screw holes as well.

Be sure to put these two screws back in the same hole they came out of. IMPORTANT > do not tighten these two screws down. Only screw these in until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each screw one and one half turns outward. Put the rest of the carb back together, clean the air filter and install the carb. Let the float bowl fill then start the engine. This process should get you back on the road.

Lost the ability to pick up speed quickly

Initially, check for any leak in the air filter box / enclosure or if the air filter is seated/installed correctly. Additionally, ensure that the air box is fitted correctly.
Postback results and other symptoms or anything out of the ordinary: is the failure to pick up speed at a particular RPM range, at any gear, has the bike been not used for some time, do you use a regular filling station, change in weather/temperature.

Front wheel bearing removal.
The bearings get punched out of the hub evenly. Just take a small to medium sized hammer and a large punch and drive the old bearings outward from the center of the hub. Install the new bearings somewhat more gently than the old ones came out. The bearings must go into the hub
straight. Tap them in with a plastic hammer. Once the bearing is started, place the old bearing on top of the new one and strike around the outer rim of the old bearing to seat the new bearing.

Cant get a spark from ht leads on cb250 motor bike
Be CERTAIN the battery is good. Are all fuses good? Try brand new spark plugs. Disconnect the kill switch on the handle bar. Check the side stand kill switch for proper operation. Have the shop check the CDI ignition.

To read the serial number on a Honda PC50 moped, follow these steps:
Locate the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number): The VIN is a unique code that provides information about your moped. On a Honda PC50, you can find the VIN in the following places:
Under the Air Filter Cover: Look on the left-hand side, just above the engine. The VIN should be stamped there. It typically looks like this: PC50 - 1234567.
Frame Number: The frame number is another term for the VIN. It's usually located near the air filter body.
Decode the VIN: The VIN contains important details about your moped, including the year of manufacture. Here's how to interpret it:
The 9th digit of the VIN is a check digit.

Honda 500 TRX fa6 has PS on the dash….what does it mean ?
The Power Steering has failed. There has been a factory recall for a suddenly failing electrical steering shaft, that could cause the rider to loose control. This does not have to be your problem but anyhow either the electronics or the pump failed. Error codes or messages usually have to be erased by a simple reset procedure or disconnecting a plug, after repairs are done.

Hiss works but
On the bottom of your speedometer on the left side there is 2 buttons
press the far left one for a couple of seconds and the light should go on

2006 Honda Shadow Arrow 750 VT missing on the rear cylinder fire

2007 honda shadow vt750 dies sputters on acceleration
The problem might be with the air filter, and if not there are a few other things that could be causing your Shadow engine to bog down on acceleration. This includes a dirty carburetor, carb adjustment issues, or other internal problems like damaged vacuum lines or a cracked manifold

Just brought a Honda C102 Step Through. Does anybody know if its positive earth or negative earth. I just brought battery for it.

The Braided cable goes to battery negative -
They normally have a Red Cable to the battery Positive +
And if I recall, there is an inline fuse in the positive?
