Spark plug not getting fuel

Check the petcock to make sure it's actually working. If there is a little nipple on the back of the petcock then make sure there is a line coming off of it. If there is then **** on it while the gas is on but the fuel line disconnected. If you apply 3-5 psi of pressure then the diaphragm will release and gas will flow. If not then you need a new petcock. Having problems starting honda ruckus i can get it

This sounds like no fuel flow to your carb. I would proceed as follows:
Pull fuel hose from the inlet of the carb and see if you have flow, if not, check for plugged screens. While in this step, consider draining all fuel and replace with new fuel.

If you did have fuel flow, you will need to take the carb(s) apart and see what is wrong. Some times the float needle gets stuck and a moderate tap on the carb body with a screwdriver handle sometimes releases it, otherwise, you need to open the carb and look for gummed up orifaces and inlet valve issues.

in adition to the above coment, which i must say is spot on, the posability of a used barel and piston if a new piston is not available could be worth considering, other things you may wish to check on that particular engine is camshaft seizure, in a uk bike it runs directly in the machined surface of the cylinder head, oil failure due to blocked oil filter has severe consequenses, located on the l/h side of the engine under a 22 or 24mm spaner head cap just below the gear change lever, this is a washable filter retained by a cap and spring, correct replacment is inperitive. are you located in UK? Xsport 110 clutch will no disengage

Your listing is confusing ... is it a CB-100 or is it a xport 110?

In either event, I think your cable is broken. If the cable is NOT broken, it is time for a new clutch on this 33 year old veteran. You will find detailed generic instructions at the Honda Riders Club House (search Honda Rider Club). If you pay the couple bucks to join, according to information at the site, Honda will give you access to the service manual for your motorcycle.

My first bike was a CB 100 - it is one of many great bikes built by Honda.

I have a kiddies 50cc two stroke no name brand

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Your post, there is spark, there is fuel to the carb; additional initial checks:
  • determine if their is fuel inside the bowl of the carb by loosening the drain screw and determining the quality and quantity of the drained / collected fuel;
  • determine if there is suction/vacuum by closing the carb opening with your palm. it should get wet with fuel on cranking/starting;
  • check for compression. Temporarily remove sparkplug, replace it with compression gauge and crank/start engine with throttle wide open (WOT);
  • check if the sparkplug gets wet with fuel.
Another possibility is that there is stale 2T oil in the crankcase below the piston. This would prevent ignition as the air/fuel mix inside the combustion chamber would not fir.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

Put new ignition coil on, however still no spark

Im sorry you are having this trouble with your CB 100. I had a CB 100 from '71.

So you have power going to the coil? How are your points and condenser. I think your trouble is probably your condenser complicated by points that are not properly set. Set the points to .035.

Check these things and try again.

FYI, there is a Honda Riders Club sponsored by Honda and free to browse. If you pay a few bucks and joinn the club, you will get immediate access to service manuals for your model, according to information posted at the site.
