My 1995 Honda shadow only runs on the back cylinder its been sitting around 2 years it got spark

Could be a couple of things. One, could be the carbs allowing too much fuel or dumping fuel to the engine. This will cause the plug to load up and the bike to stall. Two, it could be a weak spark such as a bad plug, improper gap of plug etc. I would try some little things. First, I would get new plug(s) and ensure they are gaped to factory spec. If that does not help, I would have the carbs rebuilt and or the ignition of the bike checked out.

You have to clean carbs, the main jet is clogged..

First try to clean the carbs and sync them and change the spark plugs. 210 should be o.k.

There is a spring ( the right side of the engine under the cover), I think you have to take of the clutch, then shift in gears and you should see a broken spring.

Check the battery ground, fuses, and igniton switch.

The connection betwen left and right shifting rod is of, or, turn outer shifter 1-2 teeth up or down

Your clutch plates have lasted 25 years. It is probably time to get some new plates. Have your dealer get you a set of Barnett clutch plates.

I guess you will have to reset the air-mixture screws of the carburator/s.
Not bad if you check the condition of the spark plugs...if its ..'Whitish' means lean i.e. less gas in, Brownish...means ok, 'Blackish'...means too much gas in .....'rich'
In your bike's case you may find it 'whitish'.

Take it out, remove spring,washer and o-ring and use carburetor cleaner aerosol in it's passage and compressed air. That passage leads to the slow jet so remove so that any dirt can come out.Check the holes on the slow jet's stem to be open and look into each slow jet against a light source to verify that it is clean inside.Take out the diaphragms off the top of each carburetor and check that they move freely and the diaphragms are not torn or cracked anywhere on their surface.Clean your fuel tank and remove the fuel **** to check the plastic filter element it has inside the tank.Also check the rubber insulators the carbs plugs on to if they are cracked or damaged. can only answer the seat question there should be two bolts at the rear of the seat

What kind of bike? In most rockets, the line is under the seat at the front by the batt.
