Want to change the spark plug on my new bike - 07
Taking out the plug is straight foward ,you should have a plug spanner in your tool kit .But take care putting the new plug back ,and DON'T cross thread the plug ,as this will damage the head and cost a lot of bucks to repaire .
How do I maintain my Husaberg FS 450 e?
ok buddy depending on enviroment you need to clean the air filter if in a dusty environment change every 2 rides if a clean environment clean it every 6-8 rides just take the airfilter out take the cage out inside rinse it out in petrol and let it dry out then wash it in hot soapy water maybe some bleach and let it dry out then buy some SILKOLENE FOAM FILTER OIL this oil stops dirt getting further in the air filter and buggering the engine up. next the engine 1st you should change the oil every 15 hours+oilfilter just simply run the bike for 5 mins to get the oil warm unscrew drain plug on the bottom off the engine and drain it completely then put the plug back in and retighten and where the oil filter is located unscrew the cover take old filter out and put the new one in also cleaning the inside when you put the new one in and retighten the cover on once thats all done unscrew the filler cap on right side of the engine and fill with oil SILKOLENE PRO 4 PLUS 5W-40 the bike will take 1 litre or add an extra 100 for filter also you can measure the oil by the sight glass and put the plug back in run it and recheck the oil level top up if necessary and the last thing is the spark plug replace this every 2 months.next the coolant check this every 15 hours just incase.then the power washing you should buy an exhaust bung to stop water in exhaust and put a bag over the air filter when cleaning also dont spray the radiator up close as this will bend the fins and not allow cooling for the engine then will seize up.and lastly the bearing on the bike i would do this every 6 months just strip the swing and arm the wheels and steering and regrease the bearings get back to me when it has been 6 months buddy i hope this helped anynore info just email me
Backfire
Backfires are when fuel travels through the cylinders without combusting then explodes in the exhaust pipe. Fuel supply/combustion issue. It seems likely there's a problem either with the mix going into the cylinders (carbs fuel lines or air intake), or with timing. These can affect a bike at particular speeds and throttle positions. If using the choke has helped at some point that's a further indication (the choke changes the gas/air mix). ,,,
Where are the fuses on husaberg 450fe 2008 ?
The main fuse protects all power consumers of the vehicle. It is located in the starter relay housing under the air filter box lid. (A spare fuse is located in the starter relay)
The fuse box containing the fuses of individual power consumers is located under the seat

Water pump seals
Basically the only way water can get in the oil is if there is a corrosion hole in the housing behind the pump impellor. Water pumps have only 1 seal and if that leaks water will drain from a hole in the pump housing under neath the pump.

Were do the fuel lines go to on a mountop 150cc
This particular unit has a typical GY6-style engine with a fuel line designated from the gas tank to the carburetor distinguished by an in-line cylindrical fuel filter located near the center of the line. Best to locate the carburetor distinguished by the location of the air filter, there should be a hose going from that unit up into the gas tank.
Ideally, remove the gas tank entirely and it should reveal the gasoline lines directly to the carburetor.
The photo shows the fuel line/filter indicated in red, and the location of the carburetor within the blue indicator.

Cleaned my carburetors and the Jets and now my bike won't start. I have a spark but it won't start.
All questions need FULL 'year make model', as the first 3 words.
Then there are 10,000 categories listed by 'make year model'.
So we are working blind.
Make sure gasoline is being delivered to the carbs by removing the fuel delivery pipe.
Carbs come in different systems. If it has a float bowl on the bottom, tap it with the handle of a screwdriver as it may be stuck.
Turn the engine over. If it doesn't start, remove the spark plug and see if it is wet with gas?
You need three things for an engine to start
Clean gas
A spark at the right time
Compression
You have one thing missing
