2000 husqvarna wr250 road use . is it a good one
two stroke enduro bikes are not made for road use, despite the vibrations the bike itself doesn't handle good , the power delivery is pretty much on/off style not smooth at all plus no oil for lubrication and high revs. If you want to use it to connet the trails can be ok but any consistent road used will blow up the engine and the transmission definitely not the right bike for road.
that's my modest opinion bye
I have a 2000 Husky
Obviously, the best thing would be to tear down the engine to clean it.
I would not do the compressed air idea. Personally, I would take the engine out of the bike then remove the cylinder. Fill the crank chamber with a non flammable solvent, then flip the engine upside down to allow the solvent and metal bits to fall out into a large plastic container. Repeat the process several times, rotating the crankshaft each time, until no metal bits are in the dumped solvent. With a little luck, none remain and you are back in shape.

Possible seal failure
Gearbox oil may be getting into the crank area. Check the oil in the crank, is it motor oil or two stroke oil? If it is motor oil then you will need to split the center case and clean/re-seal the case halves. Be sure to install new crank seals. New crank bearings? If 2 stroke oil, just put a cup of gas in the crank to thin the oil, rotate the crank a few times to mix gas and oil, then just tip the bike over to dump the mix out of the case. If the bike has an oil pump, see if you can lessen the stroke of the pump. If mixing 2 stroke oil in the gas tank, Be sure to use only 2 stroke engine oil at 32 to 1 ratio. That equals 4 ounces of oil to a gallon of gas.

2006 Husqvarna TE-610 only has intermittent spark one.
If you have already replaced the flywheel, stator, and CDI, the next step would be to check the ignition coil and spark plug. It is possible that the ignition coil is faulty and needs to be replaced. Check the spark plug for any damage or wear and replace it if necessary. Additionally, make sure all the wiring connections are secure and free of corrosion.
If none of these steps fix the issue, it may be best to take the bike to a mechanic or dealer for further diagnosis. They may be able to identify any other potential problems that could be causing the intermittent spark issue.

K970 won't start after rebuild
My first thought is that is the primer bulb in the right way round as effectively, it is a one way valve New bulbs also fail to work properly. I reckon that is why they come in packs of 10 :>D Take it off, connect it to fuel and make sure it pumps.
Also please note that we are not Husqvarna, we just have the category for easy filing.

Most likely it will be the stater. And they are pricey. Coils hardly ever go bad or the only other thing that would cause a no spark problem could be the kill button. I hate to say it, but i think it will be the stater.

Husqvarna Z turn changed the rectifier and the battery and something is still killing the battery
Ok.. The rectifier only changes AC voltage to DC voltage.. the voltage to charge the battery comes from the generator.
With the engine running at half throttle+, and IN NEUTRAL, check the voltage at the battery terminals it should be 13 volts +. If you are not getting at least that much.. make sure all connections are tight.. if its less than 13V..... more checking is indicated. (Shop time)..sorry...
