Do you have a dip stick, or a sight glass?

I would think that's highly unlikely. Somewhere along the way there is some link with Cagiva but if you are in the states then there a selection of new and used clutch parts including a basket on ebay

Not on the line to the starter. But the starter switch probably works through a solinoid. If it's not on the starter it's some where between starter and battery . The starter switch must provide the signal to the solinoid. If the Starter switch or ignition switch are not getting "juice" look for bad connections and or a fuse box.

take plug out to check for fire, if you have fire turn screws all the way in and back off a turn and a half. Fire it up and adjust

multi metre and test output on ht , cap , and coil first ! check output on stator on voltage setting !

did you check compression ? when on sand do you clean the airfilter often and oil smear it all over, check crank seals and valves , te510 is that 2 or 4 stroke ? have you checked timing ? and a Good bike mechanic should be able to work on any type of bike with this problem !

is there power coming out of the stator to the coil ?

carb flooding , clean it and check float needle ok and test the float in a bowl of fuel and make sure it does float !

should be on head or radiator !

have you checked there is a spark ? kill switch ? flywheel keyway ok ? fuel not older than 6mths as it goes off ? fuel getting to plug ?

check power coming out of stator , check all wire connections etc ! P...

That is possible, search for common faults with the vehicle and check that sensor, that controls all trip related tasks such as speed, mileage and trip miles

What model and year? Because if it is a 4 stroke you have serious problems. If it is a 2 stroke then depending on how much will indicate something of the problem. 2 strokes use the crankcase to pressurise the mixture before feeding it to the combustion chamber. 4 strokes should never have fuel in the crankcase. It would indicate a hole in the piston or failed piston rings.

more than likely your primer bulb diaphram is bad or it could be you have a crack in the gasline that goes into the gas tank or maybe a small crack in the gas tank .... these small cracks wont allow any pressure to build up in the tank to provide the engine with the fuel needed to run. hope that helps
