Water in gearbox and oil in radiator 1997 ktm trail bike

Your problem is coming from the waterpump seal. When the seal goes bad it lets oil from the crankcase into the waterpump and vise versa. The only other problem it could be is the head gasket but you would feel a loss of power.
Engine
000 rpm and above. I thought maybe bad gas(filled up before I noticed) so I went home drained my tank and then filled up from a different station. Took it out to test and the same thing happens. It seems to me that it is getting to much fuel or something. If you hold the throttle wide open it will load up and die. Runs normal under 6000 rpm's. I checked every electrical connector on the bike and it's still screwed up.
I guess I have to take it to the dealer hopefully I'll get it back before winter arrives in 2 months.
Anyone have any ideas?Maybe someone put a spud up yer exhaust pipe -]
Seriously though, could be the fuel pump on it's way out? Does it do it an all of the three maps? But from what you say it sounds like fuel, also check fuel lines aren't kinked, Check the tank breather is breathing ect ect,,,

Does she seam to have good compression? The standard rules apply, fuel, spark/timing, compression. If you have fuel in the chambers and you believe the spark is right, next worry is compression. How good are the rings. If she has been sitting for a time the piston / rings may still be a bit dry or maybe a bit stuck. mix a bit of gas with a bit of oil and again squirt into the cylinders, or use wd40; down the spark plug hole and spin the engine, and let it sit a bit before trying to start it. . That is about all you can do to find out what is going on. Be sure you are getting fuel into the chambers, get a syringe and spray it in past the throttle valves.

Led indicators fitted to ktm
Hi,,the flasher you got is not the right wattage,,did you change the indicater globes in the dash to led?

Got bike yesterday 105sx 2009..ran
Check kickstand interlock. Kickstand should close switch when up. Either interlock must be closed or trans in neutral for ignition to power up.

LC4 640 SMC. Why no spark?
Have you checked battery connections. Run switch in the correct position? Checked spark plug for debris? Just thinking out loud..

Drain oil. Use degreaser to clean area. Use JB Weld & allow to set up properly before adding oil.

I HAVE A KTM 450 EXE 2004 MODEL AND I HAD TO REPLACE MY HEAD GASKET ANWATER PUMP SEALS AND NOW IVE GOT THE TINYEST DRIP OF COOLANT DRIPPING DOWN BEHIND THE FLY WHEEL WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS ?
It's a bad seal of the head gasket. You need a new head gasket and to scrape every particle of debris from the cylinder head and cylinder surfaces that mate with the head gasket. Use the factory specified gasket sealing compound and do a clean job - no blobs or pools of the stuff. The head gasket should lay flat on the surface of the top of the cylinder, and you have to make this surface free of grit, leftover sealant and any other foreign matter before you put the head in place and torque it down. Start with the head bolts just finger tight and then go by the manufacturer's specs for the pattern and amount of torque to be applied. Usually it is recommended that you get to the specified torque amount in stages, going around several times and repeating the torque pattern until you get that maximum rated amount. This will prevent the seal from shifting or warping and should make the gasket seal perfectly. This is the old school method of doing this job. and I have never seen this fail to produce good results. Take your time, be clean, and you will have the results you want.
