hi sounds like you have a aftermarket loom fited for use with a low voltage or trickle charge, chargers
normaly fitted to machines where battery acces is difficult,the 2 wires you mentioned 1pos and1 neg, will follow the same route to a plug connector to make charging the battery less challenging by simply pluging in the mateing end on the charger. follow the 2 wires to confirm this, if this is the case you can remove the wire from the machine if you dont have the charger to use with it. hope this helps with your querey

I was having some brake issues but the manual did not have any info on ABS brakes. I e-mailed AF1 Racing (where I bought it). AF1 Racing updated the file on there online store. So if you bought you your manual from them you can log on and download the newest version which has a new chapter for ABS. I haven’t checked the manual for any other updates but it has a print date of April 2005 the old one is September 2003. ,,,

You might have missed the wire to the starter or ignition, (if not electric start).

probably that the belt needs changing,they are programmed to come on after covering a certain mileage.
