Hi, Anonymous for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary, transport your bike to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. Three things will stop the engine from working. Fuel, Air or lack of spark. Try each of them.

Unfortunately I suspect your ABS pump has gone.
The only cure is a replacement.

if the clutch sprag is giving fult the gearbox must be removed to fix it

1993 BMW K 1100... | Answered on Nov 24, 2010

Hi, you could try re-setting the abs. To do this you will need a length of 2amp cable about 500mm long, fix a small crocodile clip to one end, remove seat and search for a three pin blank connector, when you have located this put key in ignition but do not switch on at this point. Bare the end of the wire and insert in CENTRE hole of socket, put croc clip onto a good earth, then press abs button at the same time turn on ignition, count for 30 seconds, let go of abs button, switch off ignition, remove cable, put seat back on. This should reset abs. Sit back and have a beer. Cheers.

Your bike uses a fuel pump which was the origin of the noise you used to hear. Now your pump has died and must be replaced.
This is how the pump is mounted, how you remove the tank coder to access it and where to order a new one

Air Leak at Intake ?

1993 BMW K 1100... | Answered on Dec 08, 2009

Pay someone else. You have to get special tools to do this and you have to make sure the fork fluid is just right. Its not a regular do it yourself job. Best to let a local mechanic do this job.

1993 BMW K 1100... | Answered on Jul 08, 2009

You should use BMW Oil 20-50

1993 BMW K 1100... | Answered on Nov 20, 2008

Hi, Anonymous if you have a CKP sensor it needs compression to send the correct signal to the ICM/ECM, make sure both spark plugs are in heads and use a grounded third plug to check for spark or hold spark plug cable close to spark plug in the head. If still not getting spark the usual suspects are:
1. Fouled spark plugs.
2. Discharged battery, check battery terminals for damage or corrosion, check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
3. Loose connection at ignition coil or plug between ignition sensor and module.
4. Spark plug cables in bad condition, shorting / leaking, spark plug cable connections loose.
5. Faulty ignition coil or ignition / electronic module
6. Failed CKP, CMP, or BAS sensor.
7. Faulty ignition switch.
8. Security alarm failing to disarm needs reset
