You'll need the PIN number. If you don't know it, you'll have to change it to a 5 digit PIN number you select. With the fob present, turn IGN switch:IGNITION-OFF-IGNITION-OFF-IGNITIONPress LEFT turn signal switch 3 TIMESPress RIGHT turn signal switch 1 TIME and releaseTurn signals will flash 3 times. Current PIN will appear in odometer. The first digit will be flashing. If changing PIN, enter first digit (a) of new PIN by pressing LEFT signal switch (a) time(s) i.e., for the number 1, press one time. for the number 5, press 5 times.Press RIGHT signal switch 1 TIME and release. the new digit (a) will replace the current in odometer window.Enter second digit (b) with LEFT signal switch.Repeat until PIN is set.Once PIN is set (either new or old PIN), to disarm security system, DO NOT sit on seat, lift bike off kick stand, or anything else that will activate the security mode!Turn IGN to IGNITION.Quickly (within 2 seconds) hold BOTH turn signal switches until confirmation signal (KEY icon flashes at fast rate, in odometer window, a flashing "-" will be followed by 4 more dashes = "----")Enter 1st digit (a) in PIN by pressing LEFT turn signal switch (a) times (i.e., 5 times for the number 5)The 1st "-" will become the 1st digit (i.e., "5")Press RIGHT switch signal 1 TIME.The 1st digit is stored and the dash will flash.Enter 2nd digit (b), and repeat sequence until done. After the 5th digit is entered, the KEY icon stops blinking, and the system is disarmed. The system will stay off until the IGN switch is turned off.If at any time during disarming sequence an error is made, wait 2 minutes before trying again.
On a Dyna 2005 what is the security lamp?
The security lamp tells you when the security system if working. It will flash when activated after the bike is shut off. If it comes on when the bike is running there is a problem. If the bike doesn't have security, the lamp will not lite up.

I'm assuming you are referring to the primary belt, the one between the engine and the clutch.
It's a big job. You have to remove the inner and outer primary, clutch, starter, rear wheel and swing arm . The only special tool you need is something to hold the primary chain stable while you unbolt the clutch and stator. You can buy a special tool from HD, J&P, or wherever or just ask someone to help you with that. heck, you can even use a long stiff wire for that in a pinch.

The fuse should have blown quickly enough to prevent the battery from overheating. The accessory fuse powers quite a few things. Mostly it powers things like turn signals, speedometer, running lights and maybe a few other things. You need a schematic to tell what it powers. Do NOT put a higher rated fuse in the circuit or you'll start burning wires instead of blowing fuses. Evidently you've got a short somewhere or an overvoltage problem. To check for the latter case, you need a DVOM and a fully charged battery in your bike. Put the meter's function selector switch in the DC VOLTS, 25 volt or greater range. Connect the red meter lead to the positive post of the battery and the black meter lead to the negative post of the battery. Start the engine and bring it to a high idle. Within a minute or so you should read between 14.5 and 15.0 volts on your meter. If you read greater than 15 volts, I'd replace the regulator as it's probably overcharging your battery. If the fuse continues to blow, you'll have to trace the wires and look for a short circuit somewhere.

That's a tough one since I can't hear the noise. If you noticed that your clutch lever felt a bit different after you heard the noise, it could have been the throwout bearing that pushes on the clutch release rod. Check the oil in your transmission. Look on the right hand side of the bike at the end of the transmission. You'll see a chrome end cap on the transmission. It'll have a plug in it that takes a large hex key or Allen wrench to remove. Remove the plug, stand the bike straight up and use the dipstick to check the oil level in the transmission. Do not screw the plug in, just stick it in the hole. The oil level should be between the two lines. If your clutch lever starts changing and the clutch gets where it won't release, the bearing has failed and must be replaced. These bearings are very small and if the clutch cable is not adjusted to have about an 1/8" of freeplay, the bearing runs all the time and will fail. It's a radial bearing less than an inch in diameter. In my opinion, it's a very poor design. But, they don't cost much and they aren't too difficult to replace. If this is what the problem turns out to be, re-post and I'll tell you how to change it.

Oil in throttle body and
H-D vents from heads into the aircleaner on some models, so I suspect yours is one of them that does that.
Suggest to clean the air cleaner, pull the spark plugs and check them. If they are fouled, clean or change them.
What weight oil are you running? We run Castrol 4T in ours. No synthetics as it is too slick for H-D bearings.
Once you get the air cleaner and plugs cleaned, see how it runs.
Oil type and weights for
Your bike came with H-D Syn 3 , 20W50 synthetic oil from the factory. You need to stay with 20W50 oil unless you live in some extremely cold or hot climate. For ambient temps running anywhere from 0° F. to 100° F., 20W50 is fine. You can use either petroleum based or synthetic oil. Other brands of oil that you can use are Mobil V-Twin, Amsoil, Revtech, and many others but go online and check for each manufacturer's recommendation. Harley says that you must use an oil that is rated for use in diesel engines due to the high pressure additives that these oil contain.

I'm not that familiar with the Twin Cam engine but from what you're saying, Harley has a drain or something in the cam chest of the Twin Cam engine. This is something new for Harley as the previous engines had no means of draining the cam chest. I would imagine that this is what the oil you saw was, oil in the cam chest waiting to be pumped back to the oil tank by the oil pump that is located in the cam chest. When you restart the engine, this area will again fill itself to the proper level.

Can i use spark plug
NGK are horrible and do not suit HD's at all. They will work but not for long. Acces or HD plugs are best. Have you got a HD dealer near you or why not get them online. I can't give you a number as you don't give your HD bike type.
Ebay are very good, just type in your bike details and their search engine will do the work for you.

Take the two bolts out that hold the caliper into the caliber bracket. Look at the pads and the anti-rattle hardware and make sure you know how it all goes in there. Remove and replace the pads and hardware.
You'll have compress the piston back into the caliper. I use either a large C-clamp or a large pair of slip joint pliers to compress the piston. Use a rag or a couple of pieces of wood to protect the finish on your caliper.
Once the piston is completely compressed into the caliper, carefully reposition it onto the caliper bracket. Install the two bolts and torque them to 20 foot pounds. Step on the rear brake slowly several times until you get a full firm brake pedal. Test the brakes before you ride the bike.
