No, it's most likely a fuel related issue. First make sure you don't have the kill switch engaged.
Check the fuel filter and replace if old or dirty.
Then with the fuel petcock turned on open the drain screws on the carbs to be sure clean fuel flows from both of them. If it doesn't you have a blockage somewhere and disassembly of the fuel system and or carburetors may be called for. Start tracing the fuel path to see how far it is getting. You might have rust, water or other crud in your tank plugging things up.

Yes I believe so. Just kidding. The rear of the seat should pull up slightly and you need to pull the seat to the rear. They can be a pain.

Hi, Leoveil the vast majority of service, parts fiche, and owners manuals on the internet are "FREE" to download and all service manuals contain wiring diagrams in the back pages. The rest usually charge a modest fee of $15 and there is a handful of obscure, rare, obsolete, and very old models that are no longer or never were available and some were never printed in English. The Indian and Philippine markets are usually in E-book format only, for these rare occasions I shall look on eBay and find the cheapest one available. Most of the manuals will cover your exact make, model, and year otherwise one will be provided that comes as close as possible to your bike and will have most of the same info that an exact manual would have. If there is no $ sign after the manual link it is free to download.

Things to check:
So we need three things for the engine to run,
1) Air
2) Fuel
3) Spark
Timing of these is essential and the assumption is that the timing is correct.

Sounds like you have two of three, air and spark however the fuel seems to be restricted. From the description it sounds like the engine runs until the fuel in the carburetors is gone then a trickle of fuel eventually fills then up over time.
Check that the fuel line flows enough fuel to keep up with the needed.
