I have a 1986 Honda Aspencade I am having problems
The compressor is located under the right ( foot brake side) fairing pocket. remove it, and you can see it. Is tight to work like that on it though so to really get at it you need to remove the false tank shelter
Misses down low
Likely carburation. If so either your carburetors need cleaning or you have water in your gas.
You can try some off-the-shelf cleaners (I like Techtron) just be careful to 'dose' it right.
However it is possible this will not remove the obstruction and the carbs will have to be removed and cleaned (very expensive on a Gold Wind).
Good luck!
I was woondering how to
I don't now how to fix it, I'm not a Gold Wing owner.
If I had to guess, is say you have a tire or front wheel balance problem. Please get it fixed by a professional before you hurt yourself and/or others. If it costs a hundred bucks or more, you are worth the investment

Check compression seems to be ok,engine does not
I've got 169,000 miles on my 1977 Goldwing and I can tell you, for sure, that you have a bad water pump. When the water pump seal and bearings go bad, it allows liquid from the cooling system to dump right into the crankcase. Mine does this about every 30,000 miles, like clockwork.
What you are going to need is a new water pump and the associated gaskets and o-rings. This is all on the front of the engine, so you will be changing the oil and filter, at the same time.
This is a very time consuming and tedious task, so be ready. But hey, it's still a lot easier than changing the head gaskets!
My 1986 Goldwing Aspencade developed a short while
A true short circuit will cause fuses to blow - so if you've got a short, begin by checking to see which of the fuses are bad. Even with the ignition key turned off, your Aspencade has a small current draw from the clock and radio station memory - so voltage between ground and the negative battery terminal is no cause for concern.
When accelerating strongly, on the up shift to 2nd
It is like a shake side to side. Have the tire checked for flat spots, and if it is ok, have the bearings in the steering head checked. If the tire is somewhat worn, say 15,000 kms, it could cause this.
Is there a schedule for changing the timing belts?
You may get different times from different sources...but every two (2) years or every 100,000 miles which every comes first.
Generally (and no I do not know ever Gold Wing owner or mechanic) two (2) years is the standard. Hope this helps.

1986 goldwing misfires when accelerating in 2nd gear
The best thing to do is to completely remove and dismantle carbs, and soak insolvent for couple hours then blow dry with air. Replace fuel filter. And check screen in fuel tank. Check for good spark. If weak, check coil and stator voltage
Engine quits randomly after running fine
Cannot remember is yours carbs or FI?, if its FI this might sound odd but when was your air filter last changed? my blackbird started doing this and it was the the engine management system shutting down because of a dirty filter!!! it was 1k less than a scheduled change as well
1986 sei 1200 goldwing It
check the fuel filter it sounds like it's pluged and causing too much back presure this is causing an over load in the fuel pump causing it to stop working or to presure lock
