you havent lined up the lever correctly ..did you mark it when you removed it ..you need to ensure that the lever is in the correct position to allow free travel up and down

check fuses even the ones you dont see in the fuse box.must be in neutral and pull clutch too.Charge battery check for volts.

A close relative to the Honda CR125 is the NSR125. Pretty much the same thing only different in spots.

Is the problem that the bike doesn't want to change gears properly?
If so, you have a bent shift fork.

there should be two bolts behind the passenger seat, take those out. pull the strap on the passenger seat forward and pull the seat back. after you take the passenger seat off you can see the bolts for the front seat, take them off and back the seat out of the lip.

High idling other than a carb issue could be caused by a vacuum leak or perhaps in your case, a disconnected vacuum line. The vacuum line would go to the petc0ck; fuel cut-off valve that is vacuum activated.

The Power Steering has failed. There has been a factory recall for a suddenly failing electrical steering shaft, that could cause the rider to loose control. Check the wiring, especially the engine earth lead.

On the bottom of your speedometer on the left side there is 2 buttons press the far left one for a couple of seconds and the light should go on
