My honda nsr125 wont start at all
Your going to have to give a bit more information than that, when did it

did you have the kill switch off when trying to start?
I have a 1991 Honda nsr 125.its blown 3 coils any ideas
Yes, you may have the wrong coils going into it. Otherwise unless they are somehow overheating or getting too much vibration or too high a primary voltage I have no idea. It would be great if you would post a final definitvie answer if and when you get one.
My honda nsr125 super sprint
Check and clean the backing plate of the CDI unit located by the flywheel.
in most cases this is the problem.
You need to remove the mounting screws and sand the back of the unit so it will get a good ground.
Good luck,Gary
How can you max out your nsr? what would i have to
The bascs are - For your NSR - Remove the intake restrictor, drill some holes in the exhaust, and find a replacement jet for the carb.Sounds simple but is not. Had a bunch of stuff for you to read but post would not go (before). Search Google "2001 Honda NSR 125 R" to find specific info and forums for your bike, and dont experiment unless you can afford to.
I recently built an exhuast and fitted it,it was
You will need to fit a larger main jet. If you ride the bike as it is then it will sooner rather than later seize.
If you apply the choke to the bike as it is, you will find that it should rev better, again a way to confirm you need to rejet.
This is easy to do. You need to remove the carb, then remove the float bowl (usually four screws). Inside you will see the float and in the centre the main jet. This can be unscrewed, and will have a number stamped on it, for example '150'. You need to go up a couple of sizes, they usually go up in increments of five or so. Im not sure where you are located, but your Honda dealer can help with bigger jets, or alternately a carb specialist. In the UK a company called Allens will be able to help. Buy/try a few jets to get the best response, and do a 'plug chop' to make sure the mixture is right.
How does the seat on a nsr125 lift off?
If you can locate the helmet lock on the left hand side of the bike and open it. There is a lever behind it just pull it down and you should hear it pop. When it does you can lift the rear of the saddle a little then pull backwards.
Honda125 nsr 2001 /will not start ? we have petrol
Assuming nothing mechanical changed, if you have spark and think you have gas the problem is probably gas. I keep a squirt bottle (obtainable at hobby shops) just for problems like this. Get access to the carb and check the choke action. If the choke is not the problem, then take the squirt bottle, fill with gas, and squirt some in the carb. If it starts now, you can try spraying carb cleaner in the carb. Otherwise, I would say you need to clean the carb jets. Some dirt is keeping the gas from getting to the venturi.
No electrics on my nsr 125 . started then walked
Hi Saxon. These 125's are notorious for having bad electrics and a poor quality charging system. Often when they all die at once, as you describe, there has been enough of a drain on the battery since the previous use that the battery is low and needs to be charged. Buy yourself a good charger and charge the battery to full just before you take it out for a ride. Joe
Thanks for choosing Fixya!
Honda 125 nsr 1990 wont idle and engine races
sounds like your throttle cable might be frayed or broken, when you pull the throttle and let go does it go back on its own? and can you here a clicking sound when you close the throttle? If you could send me pictures of the carb how every thing goes in and take it apart and take pictures, that would be helpful.
