Having trouble with my honda 2001 cbr
There are several possible causes; fuel mixture is too rich, air filter is clogged, or worn piston rings and/or valve guide seals. The latter, however, will most likely produce blue smoke - under acceleration means worn rings, blue smoke under deceleration means bad valve guide seals. Also make sure that the crankcase vent is not obstructed as this will tend to force oil up, past the rings and into the combustion process.
Generally, an examination of the spark plugs will give you a good clue as to what the offender is. Black, sooty spark plugs indicates too much fuel (clogged air filter or mixture too rich). Oily spark plugs means worn engine parts, as mentioned above.
It makes a loud clunking
Sounds like the clutch either needs adjusting or the gear box has been abused. Would factor in gearbox rebuild to cost of the bike! May just be a case of getting the gears recut!

Why doesn't my 02 Honda cbr keep charge.
You could load test the battery ,to see if its good ,if it is good or new,it may be your stator,or charging system. You could check the voltage of the battery while its running to see if its charging. I found ,they dont like not being started,or sitting for awhile. Ive installed a battery tender ,that keeps my battery fully charged even if you let the bike sit for extended periods of time. Its a very low amp charging system ,then turns itself on and off,to keep your battery fully charged. Sometimes there called Float chargers too.

hello
yes definately could be a fuel regulator problem. with the tank lifted. you can see the fuel rail and toward the left you can see a diaghram style fuel regualtor. there is a small vaccum line that goes to it. take that line off and check for any signs of gas moisture. ive seen this to be a consistent problem with alot of the 929's.

Try replacing your spark plugs. The cycle fell over so they may have become wet fouled with gasoline. If money is an issue then take the spark plugs out using the wrench in the tool kit, heat them up with a torch, check that they spark, and put them back in. If after getting the bike started with the old plugs, it runs rough, replace the plugs with new ones.
Why does my oil light keep coming on?
Oil light comes on because of low oil level or low oil pressure. Make sure you have the recommended grade, weight and amount of oil in your motorcycle.
I have a honda
it is quite possible that there is still bad fuel in the fuel lines which will need to be purged, the reason it would try to start with injector cleaner is because it was taken in through the air system and not the fuel system, it should start after a while with cranking her over to clear the bad fuel you may have to remove plugs and dry them often as they will get wet with unburnt fuel
