Do a compression test. What you are describing may be the symptoms of a faulty head gasket. I did not check specifications of this model. If the bike has a CDI unit, check also the CDI. The gradual loss of power in climbing is often symptom of engine internal problems resulting in low compression. Usually cylinders head gaskets.

Where exactly does the engine oil leak from the engine?
Is it the gaskets or the oil seals?
From your explanation, it seems the plug is getting fouled up, the carburator settings maybe wrong, you will have to reset it,best would be to do up a complete tune up, checking and resetting the valves clearance, the spark plug, the ignition timming etc. etc.
By the way which year is your bike?

The Power Steering has failed. There has been a factory recall for a suddenly failing electrical steering shaft, that could cause the rider to loose control. This does not have to be your problem but anyhow either the electronics or the pump failed. Error codes or messages usually have to be erased by a simple reset procedure or disconnecting a plug, after repairs are done.

Check the wiring, especially the engine earth lead.

On the bottom of your speedometer on the left side there is 2 buttons press the far left one for a couple of seconds and the light should go on

The Braided cable goes to battery negative - They normally have a Red Cable to the battery Positive + And if I recall, there is an inline fuse in the positive?
