lamp removes from rear ..under rubber cap where wires go into bulb

is airway free, air filter ok

hi,you might find that the bike is top speed limited,the way that the manufacturer achieves that is to limit the rpm in the top two gears hence only reaching a given top speed,the only way to fix that is to generally replace the cdi unit with an unrestricted version,or in some cases the manufacturer or alternatively accessory shops can supply the derestrictor..hope this helps,,cheers

Mr Billy your carb float is probably stuck due to eveporated fuel varnish in the carb. You can loosen the carb then remove the carb bowl without completely disconecting everything,(sometimes just spraying carb cleaner into the open drain will free it) Be carefull not to turn adjustment screws if they were right before they are still correct.cable controls are particular about routing so be sure not to missplace them.(before you take anything apart make sure fuel is on or set to reserve,and that fuel can run to the carb from fuel tank.there may be a vacuum line to stop fuel if engine is not pulling a vacuum so u may need to give it some to get fuel flow..) Local Honda dealer or repair shop can get the manual you need.

If you already have them give them a try but I believe that they will wind up pushing the rear swing arm down into the mufflers. I've tried to put longer shocks on my Rebel, but I think they were 11 1/4 or 11 1/2 inches.

replace fuses, if that doesn't fix it then the relay is under side cover.

Adjust and if needed, clean the carb. If fuel injected, turn up idle or let computer adjust itself which it will eventually do through time.

I think you will find it behind the right hand engine cover ( clutch cover ) gasket etc may be required for replacement.

A spray can of carb cleaner works wonders. Spray the inside and outside of the screen.

run a voltage drop test to see if there is current being drawn from battery with key off then with key off. then start bike check if charging system is working

and i just got rid of my rebel. hm. if i remember correctly, the fuel input is on the opposite side as the throttle. it is a small brass tube sticking up at a slight angle. it goes down to the float bowl. hope this helps!

I have looked up an image of your taillight and there are two pin plugs about 3-4 inches out of the back of the taillight. Try looking inside the guard or have a better look and actuially follow the wires they are there.

buy a manual for the bike from the dealer will take you their a step by step to solve most problem you have with any vehicle the extra cost will equal the part you buy that did not fix your problem. you will learn like i did and our for farthers did and they got older and things got more expensive test test test

When it comes to spark, there are a few things to check. 1), is the coil grounded? 2) are there any breaks in the lines connecting the coil to the spark plug? 3) Check the corrosion of the points and gaps if equipped. Would help to know what kind of Honda you ride. Most of them are interference engines, the valves will kiss the pistons.
