THIS WAS THE LETTER WHICH
I am sorry to say that if I received what appears to be a letter of complaint ending up with a threat, I would ignore it, as if I were Honda, I would have unlimited resources for legal means and you have very limited resources, with all due respect, Honda will win.
Have you claimed on your insurance for a replacement bike?
Have you taken advice from a lawyer?
And finally, Honda carry spares for a minimum of 7 years from end of production, so there will be plenty of engine spare parts available and some bodywork panels.
It was not a mistake to purchase the bike, the mistake was the crash. Was it someone elses fault? Can you make a claim on their insurance for a replacement bike?
Good luck.
Always overflue carburator
If you contact a Honda Motorcycle agent and request a float and needle valve for the carburettor, replacing those will cure the overflow problem. You may have to remove the carb. to work on it but it is a straight forward job.

I hav got oil in my petrol tank how should i get
Flushing the tank with gasoline should solve the problem. Remove the tank and empty the existing gas. Close the petrol valve, fill with about 1/4 tank, slosh about and drain. You may also need to flush the carburetor and replace the spark plug. With rust build-up in the tank, or a very stubborn problem, you may need to flush the tank with Muriatic Acid.
What must I do to get a better pickup?
Try get a very good tune up, everything must be adjusted for top performance, use a full synthetic oil (abt $75-100/gallon), it would give you a little more performance.
To get a better pick-up for girls, use your charm.
How much it cost if piston is damaged
Depends on the car and how badly the piston was damaged. You can go to autozone.com and price the parts you'll need, which off the top of my head would be the piston itself, piston ring(s) new crankshaft bearings, head gasket set and head bolts. while your at it(having to take the head(s) off, it's usually a good idea to replace the timing belt and water pump, too). That is of course assuming you are going to do all the work yourself.
I have a Honda 100
when the bike cuts out after iding a while have a spark plug wrench handy and remove the spark plug and plug it in, hold it to the metal part of the engine (hold the rubber part of the spark plug wire at the end ) then try to start the bike if you see a bright blue or purple spark at the plug your ignition syatem is not the problem. locate the fuel hose that comes out of the on of petcock valve and leads to the motor, proceed to remove the fuel hose turn the petcock to on there should be a steady flow of fuel if not some of these petcocks have a small fuel bowl unscrew it and drain all gas from the tank, you may also want to remove the valve from the tank to clean it if you don't observe a steady flow of fuel, the other thing if no stream of fuel is observed and the tank has plenty of fuel in it is check the gas cap vent it may be clogged, check it by simultaniously unscrewing the cap while checking for fuel stream if fuel stream is noticed strong while gas cap is off replace gas cap or clear it out with compressed air. sometimes you must remove the float bowl to clean out water and debree from the carb do not do anything else just reinstall the float bowl which is held on by 4 screws. You may need to use a short stubby philips head screw driver to gain access to screws.
good luck,
