Honda activa 125 overheating
I have never had this problem but my bike has a fan cooled engine, I check the air filter regularly to remove junk and I would say that the problem at your end is similar, I believe there are what you call jets in the carburetor which need to be dirt free or air filter and check the air and fuel ratio making sure it is correct. as a plus to this you should make sure that the fuel intake is not clogged in anyway. I would say though that the problem is more likely going to be air filter/carburetor related, a good place to start me thinks, good luck
Its silencer is getting heated and mileage 25
I don't understand tuningit. Not terminology I am familiar with.
You mention nothing about performance, power, smoothness...
If the performance is poor as I expect it is likely to be and has been so since the last service it does rather indicate someone at the service centre got something wrong, perhaps accidentally or deliberately to encourage you to return and spend more money.
It is very difficult to guess what could be wrong from your very sparse description. Certainly it needs a trusted competent mechanic to check it through.
My immediate thoughts are such things as restricted exhaust or intake, incorrect valve timing or incorrect ignition timing (this could be caused by a faulty or incorrect or wrongly programmed ignition unit).
Good luck!
