There is a carburator float valve stuck and the fuel is running out the vent. You'll need to remove the float bowl and investigate. A thorough carb cleaning would be recommended and be sure all the jets are clean as well. Good luck!
I need tips on how
draining the tank can be done easiny by syphoning the fuel out with a small diameter rubber tube (about 5mm internal) and the residual fuel can be drained via the tap into a can or drain it all this way if you wish, and the carbs can be drained by turning the fuel off at the tank and running the bike until it stops (this uses all the fuel up in the carbs, great for long storage)
hope this helps
How do I find the
A master ling has extended slotted pins, a link plate and a retainer clip. If you do not have one of those you do not have a master link. To break your chain you need a special chain breaker which pushes out any pin you select. You can knock out pins on a vice with a pin punch as well if you do not have a chain breaker, but it is a hassle.
Type of fluid to use

Never go through the intersection first or last.
Drive as though you are invisible not invincible.
If you are scared .........slow down
ALWAYS wear you boots and protective gear.
Go online and read up bike riding is nothing like a car. People will try to run you off the road.
I would find a manual for the bike. You may usa a different manual because all general maintenance is the same. Do a 10k scheduled and the bike will be fine.
Do not ride with dry rotted tires.

I think that I have already answered this question. But if not. Then I would check the speedometer cable. This is a tank mounted speedometer. Correct? I know that the display is digital for the odometer. But the gauge is still operated by a cable to the front wheel. If the cable is good, there have been problems with the actual speedometer gears inside.
Speedomiter/odomiter not working
Depending on what year the bike is and what model. Most bikes have a speedometer cable that runs down to the front wheel. Usually this cable gets worn out and breaks.
I dont know where the
You will have to remove the seat to access the battery. There is a bolt at the back of the driver seat that holds it in place. Remove the bolt , lift the back of the seat, and pull it towards the rear of the bike. You will see a cover that is held down by two bolts. Remove the bolts and lift the cover the battery is underneath.
My friend took fuel tank
My best advice is to find a new friend. Make sure the spark plug is in place then kick the kick starter. Does it feel like it did before? Why in the world would he remove the tank? Exactly what brand, year, model and cc is your bike?

You don't say what bike you have, but normally the problem is a gummed up carburetor(s). Clean the fuel system and you should be good.
Turned bike off with kill
You will likely have to replace kill switch, it is not designed to stop bike on a regular basis, only in an emergency
I have an 03 Shadow
This obviously seem to be the headlight switch. Moisture inside the switch or corroded contacts is likely. Try to take it apart and clean it. The wire plugs on the head light itself need to be checked.
Problem: I think my fuel line came loose and I'm
This is a vent hose, it should run from the tank down inside the frame. Most times they are a clear hose but not always. It is to let the fuel tank breath, or it will cause a vacuum as fuel is used up by the engine and the tank being closed off.

Be sure to properly oil the K&N filter after you've cleaned it. Then verify that the jetting is correct by operating at full throttle (only for as long as safe conditions will allow) then stop the engine and look at the color of the spark plugs. White coloration of the plugs = too lean. Dark spark plugs = too rich. A nice tan or light brown color = perfect.
Running with jetting that's too rich, or too lean, can both cause driveability problems, poor performance and reduced spark plug life.
While you're in there, inspect the spark plug caps for damage, cracking, and signs of electrical 'leakage' (carbon tracking which are conductive, visible lines running down the length of the cap, inside or out). Replace any plug caps that look suspicious. Tip: WD-40 works as a great, non conductive cleaner for plug caps and high tension leads.
Honda PC50 moped VIN decoder
To read the serial number on a Honda PC50 moped, follow these steps:
Locate the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number): The VIN is a unique code that provides information about your moped. On a Honda PC50, you can find the VIN in the following places:
Under the Air Filter Cover: Look on the left-hand side, just above the engine. The VIN should be stamped there. It typically looks like this: PC50 - 1234567.
Frame Number: The frame number is another term for the VIN. It's usually located near the air filter body.
Decode the VIN: The VIN contains important details about your moped, including the year of manufacture. Here's how to interpret it:
The 9th digit of the VIN is a check digit.
The 10th digit represents the year code. For example:
A = 1980
B = 1981
C = 1982
D = 1983
E = 1984
F = 1985
G = 1986
H = 1987
J = 1988
K = 1989
L = 1990
M = 1991
N = 1992
P = 1993
R = 1994
S = 1995
T = 1996
V = 1997
W = 1998
X = 1999
1 = 2000
2 = 2001
3 = 2002
Note that if your scooter was manufactured between February 1986 and February 1987, it's likely to be a '87 model;
Additional Resources:
If you have the full VIN, you can use the NHTSA VIN decoder to get detailed information about your moped.
Alternatively, you can call Honda with your VIN, and they will provide you with the necessary information.
