2007 Husqvarna SM 610 Questions & Answers
I am trying to find
The hot start "leans" it out. As the choke does the opposite.
Think about where in the throttle range you normally ride it, and where your throttle is when it stalls. If it's stalling at an idle, oyu may be too large on your pilot , or slow jet. The air screw should be able to adjust a little here, but only if the slow jet is not too small or big. Drop one smaller on the slow jet and run it to see if it helps, read your plug to see if it's chocolate brown. You don't want white, or black. (Too lean or rich)
And then fine tune it with the air screw. If you get this good, then go to the main jet. (3/4 throttle) and see what color your plug goes there.
The needle is for the 1/4 to 3/4 throttle range.(Adjusting the needle clip)
Hope this helps.
2006 Husqvarna TE-610 only has intermittent spark one.
If you have already replaced the flywheel, stator, and CDI, the next step would be to check the ignition coil and spark plug. It is possible that the ignition coil is faulty and needs to be replaced. Check the spark plug for any damage or wear and replace it if necessary. Additionally, make sure all the wiring connections are secure and free of corrosion.
If none of these steps fix the issue, it may be best to take the bike to a mechanic or dealer for further diagnosis. They may be able to identify any other potential problems that could be causing the intermittent spark issue.

K970 won't start after rebuild
My first thought is that is the primer bulb in the right way round as effectively, it is a one way valve New bulbs also fail to work properly. I reckon that is why they come in packs of 10 :>D Take it off, connect it to fuel and make sure it pumps.
Also please note that we are not Husqvarna, we just have the category for easy filing.

Most likely it will be the stater. And they are pricey. Coils hardly ever go bad or the only other thing that would cause a no spark problem could be the kill button. I hate to say it, but i think it will be the stater.

Husqvarna Z turn changed the rectifier and the battery and something is still killing the battery
Ok.. The rectifier only changes AC voltage to DC voltage.. the voltage to charge the battery comes from the generator.
With the engine running at half throttle+, and IN NEUTRAL, check the voltage at the battery terminals it should be 13 volts +. If you are not getting at least that much.. make sure all connections are tight.. if its less than 13V..... more checking is indicated. (Shop time)..sorry...
