not your fuel or pump you probably have a loose ignition coil check them out if they are lose or are not in sincro they will back fire

When gas engines haven't been started in a while, the gas tends to gunk up. This is due to Ethanol being added to today's gas.

You will need to drain the carb bowl and clean it. Drain the fuel tank and refill the fuel tank with, fresh, Premium gas (no Ethanol additives) and add Sta-bil to the fuel tank - add the recommended amount to the fuel tank. Run a full tank through the system. When refilling the tank again, use SeaFoam additive. This can be obtained from Wal-Mart or your local parts house. Follow the directions on the can and add the recommended amount to your fuel tank. Start the engine and let it run for approximately 5 minutes and then shut it off. Your Snowblower will be easier to start the next time you use it. Always use Sta-bil if your engine is going to sit for any length of time.

If you have already replaced the flywheel, stator, and CDI, the next step would be to check the ignition coil and spark plug. It is possible that the ignition coil is faulty and needs to be replaced. Check the spark plug for any damage or wear and replace it if necessary. Additionally, make sure all the wiring connections are secure and free of corrosion. If none of these steps fix the issue, it may be best to take the bike to a mechanic or dealer for further diagnosis. My first thought is that is the primer bulb in the right way round as effectively, it is a one way valve New bulbs also fail to work properly. I reckon that is why they come in packs of 10 :>D Take it off, connect it to fuel and make sure it pumps. Also please note that we are not Husqvarna, we just have the category for easy filing.

Possibly the seat timer or other false operator not present.

Wiring diagram is in the operators manual, no cost download off the Husqvarna website or other.

Most likely it will be the stater. And they are pricey. Coils hardly ever go bad or the only other thing that would cause a no spark problem could be the kill button. I hate to say it, but i think it will be the stater.

Ok.. The rectifier only changes AC voltage to DC voltage.. the voltage to charge the battery comes from the generator. With the engine running at half throttle+, and IN NEUTRAL, check the voltage at the battery terminals it should be 13 volts +. If you are not getting at least that much.. make sure all connections are tight.. if its less than 13V..... more checking is indicated. (Shop time)..sorry...

with the caps removed and the forks compressed all the way, the oil should be 6 inches from the top.

Does the engine spin freely, is the battery dead?

Fuel issues, carb issues, secondary electrical system issues. Spark, fuel, compression & it will start. Start checking systems.

I would think that's highly unlikely. Somewhere along the way there is some link with Cagiva but if you are in the states then there a selection of new and used clutch parts including a basket on ebay
