Bike runs good up through

Backfiring when you let off the gas indicates a lean condition. You probably need to remove and clean your carb, particularly the pilot jet.

Im having trouble fixing the front suspension can

This is a pritty specialist job that requires some specialist tools(compressor, rattle gun, impact sockets, etc to name a few) without them you will really struggle.Plus then theres the issue of bleeding the cartridges(i'm assuming that it has upside down forks as you dont give make model Husky mabey?)before setting the fluid levels.
My best advice is don't try this without a workshop manual & the tools I mentioned or you will struggle
Sorry I guess thats not the answer you really wanted to hear.

I did not disengage the chain brake before

I was just fighting this on husqvarna. I re-set the brake by fitting the cover tilted to the front, jiggling the chain brake handle to engage it with the brake sprocket. Once engaged, push handle back to unbraked position while bearing down on the cover. You'll feel the click as it locks back to unbraked position.

I cannot turn my bike over as I have no battery

does it push start? if it does.... how much voltage do you get from your battery? you should have a minimum of 12.6v, 13v would be excellent....12v is probably not enough...either trickle charge up your battery if it isn't more than three years old or buy a new one, you might have a cell going bad in the battery you have.

How do i adjust and test the rear shock absorber

you want to set you SAG which should be around 100 to 110 mm

to check.....with a friend
with bike upright on it on it wheels........no stands or straps take a measurement from the rear axle straight up to the fender and make a mark on the fender so you use the same exact spot, record this measurement.

put on all you riding gear, all of it!!!!!! and sit in your riding position with your feet on the pegs or as mush of your weight as possible on the bike......buddy needed.........take and record measurement from same location

now whats the difference between these 2 measurements....this is your sag, convert inches to mm by multiplying # with 25.4
1.25 inches = 31.75mm

now loosen and adjust your spring preload to achieve that measurement.
YOU MAY ALSO NEED STIFFER OF SOFTER SPRING BASED ON YOU WEIGHT AND RIDING STYLE

How to replace fork seals on TE450 2008

Try this before you pull the forks apart.Get some camera film.About 6 inches long.Cut off the notched area on the side.Cut the end at 45%.Now,push the cut end up into the fork seal. With a sawing action, slide the film all the way around the seal. When you get the feel of it you can feel tiny bits of grit that let the seals leak. This will stop the leak 9 times out of 10.When you feel the grit, pull the film out to remove the dirt, wipe film clean and start again.Hope this helps

2000 TE410 HUSQVARNA - VALVE ADJUSTMENT - 500 miles on bike

Why do you think the valves need adjusted if only 500 miles on the engine? Your bike is fuel injected. Chances are 99.5% that any problems with how the motor starts and runs is the fuel injection system. If the bike was new in 2000, then it has been sitting a Very, Very long time. Gas in the tank evaporates and gums things up. Get the fuel injection system thoroughly cleaned and the problems will probably disappear.

Please rate this solution. Thanks!

Water in Oil!

I would go for the water pump seal first, it is an easy fix. Pull the left case cover and there it is. You will of course have to take the water pump cover off and all the plumbing that goes with it. Be sure that when you put the new water pump seal in not to put any lubricant like oil or grease on it. This is a ceramic seal and oil or grease on it will ruin it. There is also a spring in there that keeps pressure on the seal so replace that as well. You will see what is there when you get it apart. Replace any corroded/rusted parts. Take a good look at the impeller and make sure it is 100% while you are in there. Sometimes these will break loose from the shaft. If you have any questions about it replace it. If after that you still have water in the oil it would be a head or base gasket I am thinking requiring an adult to intervene, a qualified Ducati mechanic.

Adjust the valve clearance on TE450

I don't believe so. You'll need to order a shim kit and use a feeler guage. I had an SMR510. Once I determined the clearance needed I would select the proper shim and use a little grease on the feeler guage to slide it in under the rocker arm.

Bike stalled, tried to re-start

What is year and model? Has the battery been checked for proper ampere and voltage output? Do the lights come on or other accessories? Kick starting I'm assuming is difficult to say the least. What year and model, and any other info about the bike would help.

I have an TE-450 2010

No, best way to lower your bike is to send the forks and shock to a reputable suspension shop and ask them to install spacers inside the forks and shock which will reduce the length without changing the damping. This modification is easily reversable if you decide to put the bike back to full height.

Try Enduro Engineering or Factory Connection or .... there are many others out there.
