Your spark plug gap is too close for me. I'd go for 1mm at least, maybe 1.5. (~ .040 - .060 )
It would be a quick check/fix.
After that it's carb stuff. Set them up initially 1 1/2 turns out and adjust from there. Make sure your float level is correct.
Wet/black is too rich for sure.
Engine noise
depending on what kind of noise, very possible it is timing chain
I flush the radiator and bled it and ran great for
i would say that youve got an air bubble or bubbles in it i would let bike get warm and then pop the cap -fluid will come out so be carefull. dont shut off your bike let it run with cap off and fill it up you should see the water flowing also squeeze the bottom hose alittle to help kick up the air becarefull becouse it will be hot so where gloves this should get the air lock out hope this helps good luck

I have a 1995 zx-9 that I bought new back in 95 it
Looks like a d & d pipe on it ,, is it a full system or just a slip on ? if a full system you'll need a jet kit and a timming advancer would'nt hurt either ,,, but if it's had the problem since day one ,,, you should've taken it back to the dealer a.s.a.p. and let them deal with it before your manufacturer waranty was expired, a dirty air filter, valve adjustment are also possible cures in addition to the jet kit. float highth in the carbs , jet size and needle highth will all change and improve your over all peformance...if it's done had all that ,, it was installed wrong ,, get it on a dyno to tune it correctly with the air/ fuel ratio at 12.5 - 13.5....good luck.
I cant get bloody parts for it any were! looking
have you checked bikebandit.com yet? if you can't find it there, check your local kawasaki dealer. i've been certified by k-tech and know for a fact that kawasaki stands by there product saying they will always make whatever part is needed for any of their bikes no matter the age. if you still have trouble email me and i'll find it for you.
When engine is hot, radiator looses coolant to header bottle,
well you either have a blown head gasket or a cracked liner also a blown water seal what do you mean by not returning you mean its not returning to radiator check the oil level if high water seal has gone or if you have whit smoke your gasket or cylinder liner has gone strip and replace if soo good luck bud
Running problem
Readjust the carbs. The bike has lean mixture (too much air).Check your spark plug's electrode color. It must be dark brown.Neither black nor white.
LOCATION OF VIN NUMBERS
engine no. is located on the top half of crankcase, behind cyl,on right side(next to clutch cover)
MAIN FUSE KEEPS BLOWING
there has to be something simple. check for broke/melted wires, wiggle test wires to make it blow fuse. how long does it take to blow fuse. does the fan go on.do you have to ride it to get it to blow?
