Slow dying battery

you need to have the stater checked and see how much volts it is putting out under normal engine rpm as well as accelerated rpm, it may be time to replace your stater/alternator!

The Kawasaki has a main fuse, located in the starter relay. Follow the red battery cable from the battery to a small plastic box. This box should have two large wires and a plastic cap, Under this cap is the main fuse. Pull that and see if it is blown and replace it if she is.

F1 light staying on all the time

FI stands for Fuel Injection. The fuel system sensors have detected a problem. It could be anything > a dirty air filter restricting airflow, a plugged injector, an error in fuel mapping, any number of things. Serious problems can trigger the computer to prevent the engine from starting until the problem is fixed. You will need to take the bike to a dealer to have them plug in a code reader. The code reader will tell you exactly what problem has been detected. There is also a chance a sensor has gone bad and is giving a false signal. Keep that in mind. Now determine if you want to do the fix or have the dealer do it.

In Germany on an American

The only difference between the mph and kph is the speed "O" face. I buy bikes in the US and use them in Canada "metric" most Honda's you can just change out the Speedo. Kawasaki if you can take the speed "O" apart to get at the face then you should be able to just by the face and install it.

Another way and I've done this many times is to get red dot stickers and put at specific speed like 60 and 70 kph for in town 80 and 90 for secondary roads and 100 for HWY. What I'm doing right now with my Honda Magna is turning on my bike GPS which I mounted over the Speedometer that thing is dead nuts accurate. Lots of ways around it

It could be as simple as the fuel light. When the bike is in that position, depending on how much gas was in it, you would be shifting all the gas to the back of the tank, and possibly off the gas sensor.

I can bleed the front

It sounds like you have an air lock in the system .
I would make sure to use the right brake fluid , drain the system and bleed the brakes again and making sure that no air is locked in the system
