My bike wont start rite,
Check all your wire connections . A loose wire in the ignition system could be a simple fix. You could also be dealing with a dirty or intermittent contact in the kill switch or ignition switch. If you are careful some switches can be carefully disassembled , cleaned, and reassembled. This can be a fiddly time consuming fix, but it also is inexpensive. Tear the bike apart and check all the wire connections again.
Can't undo nut on clutch assembly
You need to get an impact driver. Most any good tool store will have them. Sears if nowhere else. They last forever and are a mechanics most used tool. You usee whatever size socket you want then strike the tool with a hammer. The nut will break free with one or two strikes. Below is a photo. Please rate my answer. Thanks!

There is either a small piece of something keeping you from fully inserting the key , the lock is broken, or the lock has been replaced and the replacement uses a different key. On my 2009 Ex250 the key turns 1/4 turn clockwise and is very easy to turn. Worst case scenario, you may have to drill the tumblers out of the lock. Even if you undue all the top screws but the cap will not come off. There is one security screw under neath to keep the fuel thieves from just taking the top off. If you damage the cap beyond use you can always replace it with a Slingshotracing gas cap. You could take the tank to a locksmith to see if they can pick it. Hope this helps.
I dropped my bike at
I am still driving a bike that I dropped on the shifter about 30 years ago. I heated it with a torch while it was still on the bike and used a pipe wrench to straighten it. You could purchase a new one from a dealer later if you don't like your work.
Gary.
Let me know what you do.
Hello I have e ninja
My 2009 does not idle up right away either . I usually just hold the slightest pressure on the throttle for 10-30 seconds till it idles up or starts to idle by itself. Like my Honda's the ninja is cold blooded and just likes to be tended when cold. I only have 600 miles on mine so I have not had a lot of experience with this model. A good source of information can be found on the website : ninjette.org.
Hi its not a problem, i just got a ninja 250cc
Hi there and welcome to fixya,
The reserve notion is just an adjustment by the fuel **** switch. The normal fuel intake from the fuel tank will drain fuel 2 inches higher than the bottom level. The reserve part will take .5 inch or even lower. Switching the fuel **** to ON will take fuel from the former state (higher) while selecting RESERVE will drain fuel from the later (lower). Making it look like there's a reserve part on the fuel tank when in fact you just drain fuel from different fuel levels.
Hope this helps
I have a 2001 ninja
you sure can but they WILL NOT bolt right up. You will have to modify brakets to fit from the new style fairings to mount to the bike. you will also have to cut and modify the tail/subframe as the older style is much larger. can be done with some experience. I put an 05' r6 tail on a 93 900rr. looked perfect
Seems to be either the battery clicking or the
Your battery has run down. There is just enough voltage to make the solenoid click, but not enough to make the starter turn over. It's possible for the battery to read twelve volts and still have this problem if the battery has gone bad. If you can access the solenoid you can short out the two big terminals by putting a screwdriver or other piece of metal across them (be careful because if the battery is good this will cause a hot spark which could burn you if your hand is next to a terminal) and when you do this the starter will turn over if there IS enough voltage. The solenoid contains a piece of metal which shorts out (makes a connection between them) the two terminals inside the solenoid, just like the screwdriver would be doing on the outside.
Better yet, instead of doing the stuff mentioned above, just use jumper cables to start your bike.
Can kawasaki ninja covers long distance (nearby
It's not comfortable for long distance because of driving position specialy if you are more than 6" (180cm) heigh.
It can run 1700km without any problems just dont burn it (don't drive it too long over 6-7 oooRPM) and you should be just fine.
How to I spray Fogging oil in the carburetor?
you really dont need to fog it however if you want to you need to take the air cleaner off and spray the fogger in while its running so you can be sure it pulls it in. If you run the high octane however and add some stabil to it you can let it go all winter and you should do just fine. Just make sure you fill the tank so it wont rust and turn the fuel off at the tank just to be sure it doesnt leak through carbs and flood motor out with fuel. Also when u start for the first time next season smell the oil to be sure its not fuel and change if needed. Also start it and let it run for a few min then change the oil and filter and run it again. Then its a good idea to tune it up. Its also a good idea to disconect the battery for storage. Also dont let the tires sit on concrete, it will cause flat spots on the tires so put on the show stand if yo have one and put some plastic between tire and concrete.
