Hi and welcome to FixYa,
To my understanding, a 1989 GSX600F does not have a main fuse, rather it has a circuit breaker. In the below image of the harness it would be # 9 encircled in red dotted lines.
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
I can not locate the circuit breaker on my suzuki katana gsx600f
What is the problem??? What isn't working.
Normally all the electrical safety devices are arranged close to each other. While there are lots of nooks and crannies on a motorcycle ... a motorcycle is not that big and the manufacturer knows that these things will require service in the future. They are not completely hidden. Start by looking under the side covers and around the battery (under the seat).
Here is a resource you may find valuable in connection with your 1989 GSX 600.

My 89 katana idles at 6 grand i took it apart and
Sounds like fun, have you tried blocking the vacuum hoses engine side, engines sucking straight air will usually idle very fast, 89 should have one from manifold to fuel tap, rest are for carby tuning 7 should normally be blocked off.
Where is the choke on
I don't know where your choke is physically located. I would say to you, follow the cable to find the choke and I say it will be on the carb or very near it in the air supply channel.
Function of the choke is to restrict the supply of air thereby making the fuel mix more rich (relatively more gasoline to air) for easier starting.
I think you will find the choke easily. Whether you can easily manipulate it directly instead of via the remote location - different question. My guess is it will be difficult to operate. Make your riding experience pleasurable, replace the broken parts. Find parts at your Suzuki motorcycle shop or at a FixYa.com advertiser. Look around this page for advertisements for Suzuki parts.
Thanks for your question. I hope I have been of some assistance to you today.
How do i check the transmission fluid on a 1999 suzuki katana
The 99 Suzuki Katana does not use transmission fluid, the engine oil, 10w-40 4 stroke motorcycle oil, is the engine and transmission lubricant, that's why it's called a wet clutch on bikes. It goes all in the same hole right above the rear brake. It gets sumped around the oil cooler (looks like radiator, but cools the oil not water) then it comes around and continues to cycle through engine, gear housing etc.
