93 suzukie intruder dies after driving for a few

Ensure your choke cable is retracting properly. I had that on an old Honda and tried everything till I spotted the cable getting trapped under the tank. Look at the top of the carbs and wiggle the choke. If its sticking use something like Castrol LM grease or Coppa Slip as these last longer than WD40 releasing oil.

My clutch is not working and looks like metal flakes in reservoir on 1993 suzuki intruder 800

Hi, if you let out your clutch lever and the engine is running and the bike is in gear, does the bike move at all? Did this problem come on suddenly or did you think something might be going on with the clutch for a while? Did you drain the oil to find the metal flakes?

Why is it over heating after it sit for two years its full antifreeze.

If the thermostat is stuck in the closed position, the antifreeze and coolant will not flow through engine block and radiator and you will have overheating condition.

1993 800 suzuki intruder starter button wont work no clicking noise starter relay is new any suggestions

Check battery, check connections corrosion causes bad connection. Double check starter button switch, it may be bad. You may be able to verify this switch by "jumper" bypass of the switch..

Front cylinder drops out when taking off

Most likely a carb synchronaztion or improper throttle cable arrangement problem. This is a very complex procedure and should be performed by someone with experience in this task.I am assuming that the bike has not sat up for a long period of time, as you say it idles fine which would indicate no clogged slow jets in carbs.

1998 GSXR 600 Choke leaver will not move. Do I

Two things, it could be the cable that has jammed between inner and outer. Remove the cable from the system and check it if it does work.( the cable should move freely with out much of resistance) if not than it has to be realeased or replaced. If the cable does run freely than there is a problem at the carburator chole linkage, check that out too.

My bike is bogging down, drowning plugg in fuel, white smoke & strong smell of fuil from rear cylinder, what could be the problem?

Sounds like the float is sticking in the carb on the rear cylinder, washing the cylinder with fuel, and possibly going into the crankcase oil. The carbs will need to be removed,cleaned,set-up,and synchronized.Be sure to change your oil as well. The gas has most likely mixed with the engine oil,and will cause you to spin a bearing or worse.Good Luck!

Starts fine. sounds fine but dies upon putting it in gear

Your kickstand switch is either broken or out of position. The bike kills the engine as a safety feature if it thinks the sidestand is down and the bike is put in gear while the engine is running.
