Coil connections
Since plug 1 and 4 fire at the same time, and 2 and 3 fire at the same time, 180 degrees apart from each other, the terminals can go on either side. The wiring harness should fall into a 'natural' or 'memorized' position, so just plug them in their 'memorized' position.
If you get them backwards, it will still work fine.
Wot is the best way
I take it you mean the rear caliper pin, firstly i would make sure i had pushed home the caliper pistons all the way, this would give you more room inbetween the pads to grip the pin with a small pair of mole grips and work it back and to to free it off, be carefull not to break it and check as you try to move it if the pin is moving on both ends, you could try using a hat air gun over the end that is siezed, try tapping it inwards gentely,
How do you remove front tire from 1999 suzuki
First remove the wheel, by removing the brake calipers on both sides, removing the pinch bolts from the forks and remove the wheel spindle, when wheel is removed, deflate the tyre by removing the valve core, then you will have to break the tyre away from the wheel, push down on the tyre close to the rim until it breaks the beade, repeat this on both sides of The wheel, next using some levers to remove the tyre place 1lever between the wheel just inside the tyre with the valve about 3inches to the right working away from valve place in another lever about two inches away from the other1 just inside the tyre again and push down on the lever pulling the tyre overthe wheel, keep doing this all around the wheel untill the tyre o emoved
Engine swop
You need a wiring diagram for a 99 and compare with the 91 and trace the power for each circuit.
How do you remove the pad pin when changing brake pads
If your changing to Pads and not putting the old ones back in, use WD40 on the pin and let it soak in. I normally rotate the pin with some plyers and then work it's way out. Make sure you soak the pin with WD40 and let it sit for aa fir while so it has time to soak in
1200 bandit choking up under 3000rpm
Sounds the pilot passages and or the needl jet air passages are blocked on the carb for that cylinder that is not fireing.
The carb should be removed from the bike and disassembled and dipped in carb cleaner. What I think works best for cleaning carb is Yamaha's Carb Dip I mix it 50/50 with warm water. All the rubber parts must be removed as they will be swell and be damaged by the dip. After you dip the carb will need to verify all passages with spray carb clean to make sure the fluid will make it through the intended passage.
Cant get piston out of front caliper on suzuki
I'm assuming that it has been sitting for a while and now it's stuck. Do you have oil in the reservoir? Pressing the brake lever should be able to force the piston out with no problems. Otherwise, try to get the seal out from around the piston, and spray some anti rust lubricant and let it soak.
