bad fuel, replace bad fuel and spark plugs

Is the engine not turning over? If it doesn't even turn over, and you already pulled the starter to test it, then it would probably be the selinoid or just a bad ground on the selinoid or the starter. Sometimes, if you take a screwdriver and touch it across the post on the starter selinoid, it will clear the ground and then work fine (make sure not to touch the metal part of the screwdriver when you do it, it will hurt badly). If the engine is already turning over, but doesn't start, let me know and I will give you some other ideas.

Have the battery tested, nothing electrical can be properly diagnosed if the battery is weak. Check fuses with a test light, they can look good and have a minute crack that's not easily seen. First is to test the battery, if you don't have an analyzer or load tester take the battery to an auto parts store or bike shop. If you have a voltmeter you can kinda test it--12.4v or higher with the key off and at least 11.5 with the key and headlight light on. First thing I'd check would be the fuel shut off valve. Should be a small lever under the fuel tank. More likely the issue if you had the bike moved through a moving company or TMO. If that isn't the problem, you may need a new fuel filter. At that age, rust, corrosion and other sediment could have clogged it. Hope that helps

had an sv, the pipe running in the tank corroded, and let water in the tank, lots of it., also throttle bodies are injected not carbs

check the seating area on the wheels where the discs sit, so remove discs, and clean the contact area.

Could be a dying fuel pump or just a clogged filter. I'd stay away from 12K. They're red lined @ 11K for a reason.

Check the voltage to the pump with a multi-meter, if there is voltage to the power wire on the fuel pump then it means the pump is blocked/knackared If not, then it could be electrical, check all your fuses and plug connections leading to the pump.
