have you checked the temp sender , it triggers the fan to come on when it reaches required temp ? either in the rad or the head and looped into the fan wires !
WHAT CAN BE WRONG IF
The FI light refers to F uel I njection. The sensors on the fuel injection system have detected a problem. It could be anything from a dirty air filter to fuel mapping errors. You need to take the bike to a dealer and have them hook up a code reader. The reader will tell what problem has been detected. Then you can decide if you want to fix it yourself or if the dealer should do the repair. Could you take a moment and rate my answer. Thanks.
Clutch push rod problems
pull the slave cylinder off and push the piston back in the cylinder then replace all should be ok.
My 2002 Hayabusa shuts off
Be sure that your side stand switch is working properly, by design the bike will shut off when shifted into gear with the side stand down. The switch should be located near the side stand pivot. I hope this helps, let me know if it does not.
I have a 202 GSX1300R and it won't idle.
Is the engine running at high idle or are you having to hold the throttle open to keep it running? If it stays at high idle on it's own be sure that when you push the choke back to the "off" position, check your linkages and be sure that the choke cam is returning to the low idle position, also be certain that your throttle grip operates without obstruction when returning to idle position. If you are having to hold the throttle open to keep the engine running you are probably going to find carburetor issues. Hope this help to get you looking in the right direction.
It wont start and the
You changed the starter clutch, but is the starter itself ok?If it is not turning over at all, and the heavy-duty leads are getting hot, it sounds like you have a dead short in the starter itself.
Changed the clutch cover now

that dosn't sound good.
If ALL you did was change the cover & didn't touch anything else(like the clutch) ,it will likely be the cover you just fitted.
You need to remove it again to check that the clutch hasn't been touching the back of the cover when you operated the clutch with the bike running.Look at the back of the cover & on the face of the clutch hub for marks.
If it rubbed, then either the cover is wrong or the gasket too thin are the only explanations I have(as long as you haden't removed the clutch itself).

02 Busa cuts off when
Test the side stand switch. Use a digital multimeter set to ohm. With the stand up it should show infinate(disconnected) with the leads connected one way and the stand up. Then switch the meters leads around and measure again. It should now read 0 ohm. If not replace the switch. If you cannot find or afford another switch bypass it using a diode connected as shown. Diode(1N4001) can be bought at your local electronics supplier/ TV repair shop. Do not connect the wires together directly.
S = switch
C = connector
Cut out the switch and connect the diode as shown with the banded part of the diode on the bl/w wire.
If the switch did not test faulty then the problem is with the sidestand relay located at the fuse box (in the left hand panel, below the clutch lever.) These are even harder to buy. Bypass by connecting the orange/black and orange/yellow wires together. This will render the sidestand interlock system inoperative and is not recommended if you're in the habit of forgetting the stand.
I want to change the oil on my 2002 hayabusa.
You will need basic socket set 10 to22 ml is enough to do most of your serviceing you will also need both philips & flat as well as allen keys.remove the belly pan place a container under the sump plug remove the plug this will allow the oil to drain it is recomended to warm the engine before starting this procedure
