How do I get to the battery? can I charge it with
Both previous posts are correct. The battery is located under the rider seat. You need to charge it at a low amperage, 1.5 or 2 amps. It will take a while so be patient. Quick charging is bad on the battery. The best bet is to buy a trickle charger such as a Battery Tender and plug it in often. It will keep your battery at its peak. The more your battery drais or receives quick charges, the faster you will have to buy a new battery.
2006 Suzuki Boulevard C50 engine dies
Even though you probably don't have that many miles on the bike, or if you do have a lot riding time on it, it sounds to me like you need a valve adjustment. That's a high reving bike for that engine that works pretty hard so you might have 1 - 3 loose valves.

Removal of a front tire on a boulevard c50
your going to need a motorcycle lift or another way to get the front wheel off the ground and hold the bike safely. then remove the capiler from the front forks. once that is done. remove the cap to axle bolt and some have a second hold down bolt. my vl1500 has two bolts. 1 for the axle and a second to hold it in place. when removing the axle becareful to remember the location of the inserts for spacers. they can only go one way or the tire will bind up. might be a good idea to label the spacers with a maker and use an arrow to know which way it was pointing to help when putting it back together. and when you get the caliper off I use a screw driver to move the pads apart to make it easy to pull the caliper out of the way. when its back together. pump the brake handle a couple times to build the pressure up and seat the brake pads again. if not you wont have brakes when you try to stop.

All you do is turn the key to the open position and then remove the cap as you normally would. Some do have a spring that make you hold the key in the open position as you turn it.

Rather than try and answer your question since I'm not exactly sure whether you want to remove the "TIRE" or the "WHEEL" of your motorcycle, (I do realize that you stated TIRE in your question), I'd recommend you click on this link
